Let’s start with the service, Newua is by far the best, she is very attentive and polite. Next, fried bacon, amazing. Who would have thought bacon could get any better. The meats a seasoned and cut to perfection, and you cook it to your liking at the table. Our service is always great from the best waitress they have, Newua makes our visits well worth it.

Reservation recommended! Otherwise you might end up waiting long. The food is great with a variety of choices. So happy to go there to try. Definitely go there again if I have a chance.

Great experience. The AYCE is a bit more than what you find at some of the other places, but the flame grill and quality of the meats make it worth it. Our server was very attentive and checked on us about every 10 to 15 minutes, asking if everything was fine and if there was anything more we wanted to order. The skirt steak and toro beef is a must try.

Thao is the reason why people go to nice restaurants. Her customer service was well above board. Her politeness was a breath of fresh air. Oh yeah then there's the food. Amazing! From top to bottom fresh ingredients. Fresh food. They came off the grill awesome. Generally I don't like places, where you have to cook your own food but I will be back to this place for sure. Amazing

Seven weekends of Magical Dining Month. Seven restaurants chosen for amazing menu effort. Too many restaurants phone it in for MDM and offer chicken (boring) or a cedar-plank salmon (yawn). Out of literally hundreds of restaurants, you have to stand out somehow. I ranked all the restaurants, and sought out the best of the best. Gyu-Kaku is one of my favorite places. I went to the one in Chicago a few years ago, and when I saw them participating in MDM, I had to do the math to see if it's an overall discount compared to other meal deals on their menu. And man, they have a ton of different options. It's overwhelming. After doing lots of math, and doing some soul searching, we decided that with the overall quality of apps offered, the Magical Dining menu was close enough to a good deal for us to go for it. Sure, the meat wasn't unlimited, but I was ok skipping a night of the meat sweats, so it was a-ok with me. So we basically four courses here. Bonus Apps Half Gyu-Kaku Salad, White Rice, Miso Soup, Gyu-Sushi 2 pcs Nice salad, dressing is all on the bottom, so mix it up good. Classic white rice. Classic miso soup. And little pieces of nigiri that had steak on top?? Never had it before. Not complaining, I loved them. Apps You get to pick one from a decent list. We chose the Japanese Chicken Karaage and the Fried Pork Gyoza Dumplings. Super crispy Japanese fried chicken with a Japanese mayo-like dipping sauce. Super crispy pork dumplings that can be dipped in any of the three tables sauces. Lots of fun, infinitely sharable. In fact, I shared with some friends I brought along, and got to try the Steamed Chili Dumpling. Soft, steamy dumps with some sweet chili sauce sprinkled on top. Very good. Main So they break their meats up into two different tiers, a normal tier, and a premium tier. You get to pick two meats from the normal tier, and one from the premium tier. I forgot everything I even ate, because we got six meats, our friends got six meats, and we all tried everything. So I'll just go over highlights. -If you like filet, don't get the Filet Mignon. This place is a business and the size of the filet you'll get will nothing but disappoint you. -The Spicy Pork is spicy, or so I'm told. I'm Hispanic, so it was fine for me. The people I was with were not-Hispanic, so they were all like, ahh spicy. Do with that what you will. -The Garlic Shoyu Chicken Thigh was lowkey the best item to grill. The other meats are cut so thin, you lose a little bit of their essence, but the thigh was nice and thick, so it took a little more time to cook, but you got a little more substance in your eating it. -Shrimp Garlic, delicious. -The Harami Skirt Steak was the best item, hands down. 20-30 seconds on each side, done, and delicious. Dessert We finished off with the S'more (classic campfire s'mores. roast the marshmallows over the grill). You get one s'more, one chance, so don't blow it. You gotta get the marshmallow really close to the grill to get any good char on that baby, but once you do the work, it's so worth it. Very fun, especially with a table full of people. Overall, this was certainly the most fun MDM menu of the season so far. Four friends around a table grill with raw meats is always a recipe for fun. I will probably actually come back before MDM next year, because I forgot just how much fun it is. Thanks, Gyu-Kaku!

We had a great time, our waitress Charise was awesome and very understanding with my boyfriends allergy. They cooked everything separately for him. She was very nice and gave us excellent service, she explained what he could eat and what not. The food was really good and it’s an awesome experience to cook the food with the family.

We had a group of 10, which I was worried about going in due to the grills built into the tables, but it went very smoothly. They split our meals equally along the table, allowing us to enjoy the experience equally. It was a blast! The service was pleasant and efficient. The food came out at a steady pace, slow enough we could enjoy each dish but not so slow we were ever without something new. Would definitely visit again if we were in Orlando. We were also celebrating a birthday so when they heard us singing, they came in singing as well with ice cream for the birthday person. Which was unexpected and pleasant. It's worth checking out whether a big group or I would love to try a date night here if we lived closer to it.

Made a reservation for 8:45, Saturday night. They were extremely busy but the manager was able to get our party of 4 seated within 15 minutes. My friends are new to Japanese BBQ so the server, Mario, explained the process very swiftly and thoroughly. We got the set menu for 4 people and honestly, we were so full towards the end that we barely made it to the s'mores. My friends were really skeptical at first. They were not enthusiastic about paying to cook their own food, but everyone had a great experience. We had a few snafus but it gave everyone a good laugh!

Super packed on a Saturday night! Make sure you make reservations. We were a party of 8 with 3 kids and we were greeted by the hostess and waited as they got our table ready. We opted for the combo for 6 people, it came with many sides, and meats, and we added cucumber side dish, corn, harami beef in secret pot, green tea tiramisu, green tea crepe cake. Our server Kevin was extremely nice and accommodated us. The food was good and came out fast. We left very satisfied with our meal and we had an amazing time.

We had no reservations on a Sat night, yet on a full night, they squeezed us in. Very friendly staff. Our waiter was outstanding and very clearly explained the menu. We didn't feel rushed at all. The food was fantastic. It was fun cooking your food at the table. We will be back again!
