Saltgrass Steak House

We were looking for somewhere to eat that did steak! The bread came out nice and warm which was nice. We both had steak and we enjoyed our steak but I felt like the steak wasn't season well. I had sweet potato fries and mac and cheese which was yummy!! Our waiter Jonathan was amazing, he was very chatty, friendly and nothing was a problem at all, he was quick and asked if there was anything we could do. Jonathan, you were fantastic!! Thank you.

5⭐️ the food was absolutely delicious! The steak and hamburger melts in your mouth like butter! Went on a Wednesday night and had a 45 minute wait but it was definitely worth it! Was taken care of by a gentleman named Joe, who provided above and beyond exceptional service! He was knowledgeable of the items on the menu and was very friendly and attentive to detail. I cannot credit this man more, and really hope that the restaurant takes notice in this hidden gem of an employee. When me and my husband got up from the table he had discarded items from the table and refolded our napkins and placed it nicely in front of our seats. We were shocked that he exceeded our expectations and provided the highest end of a fine dining experience for us. We will definitely be back very soon. Management on duty Izzy made a point to come to our table to see how we were and was very nice and noticed he was very active on the floor in the dining areas taking care of everyone. 10/10 highly recommend

For a chain steak restaurant, I think Saltgrass is a better choice than some of its competitors. When we went, the food was pretty good - not the best steak I’ve ever had but definitely above average. Overall, I wasn’t disappointed and would go back. We sat outside with live music and a nice view of International. If you like places like Outback, you’ll be pleased here. Typical steak house selections.

Going down international drive, we had a bunch of options and decided to give this restaurant a try. We were promptly greeted and seated. Our server Terrance was a sweetheart and very attentive to our table. Even though he was busy, he would check up on us on his way back from other tables and so on. He recommended the range rattlers, and they were exquisite. Would have ordered more but we had dinner plates coming up. My country fried steak was tender but not soggy. It was perfect with the sides I ordered. My daughters steak was cooked to a perfect medium rare and her shrimp were crunchy with lots of flavor, she even said she didn't need the cocktail sauce. With every entree you get to choose a salad or soup. We had the Caesar salad, it was good but not special. Definitely will comeback to try their 12oz steak.

Although our server was on his very 1st shift in this restaurant he was fabulous. He checked in quite regularly to make sure that he was getting the order right and once our food came out that it was excellent. The front of the house manager also came by regularly to check on how service and food. Was she rocked it! Definitely we'll go back. If for nothing else the grand sangria.
