Firefly Coffeehouse

Have been here severe times now and haven’t had a bad experience. Their line will back up quick but they move fast. They just have so many options. Wouldn’t hurt them if they opened up a second register. Coffee options are all great, love that they give heated mugs too. Their pastry section is my worst enemy because there isn’t a single thing in it I won’t eat. Their main plates are all worth it too. Would be neat if one of their side options could be a pastry……being silly. Their seating is great though it gets loud at times with kids and families but they tend to pass through quickly. Good spot overall!

This little place has it all for a breakfast/brunch place. Fresh coffee ( several options ), great baked goods, breakfast sandwiches and lunch sandwiches. I got a bacon egg and cheese on everything bagel and it was very good. Super reasonable prices as well. If in Oregon WI, in need of a delish hot breakfast this is the place!

Such a shame this place closes so early. I, and many others, used to spend loads of time and $$ here in the evenings. Current owners should really re-think this.. LOL, the owner is mocking me for suggesting they stay open later. Incredible. Obviously it's your choice to decide your operating hours. But I can tell you that many people stopped visiting your cafe when you eliminated evening hours. And restaurants in Oregon serve a completely different purpose - again obviously.

Previously this place would have gotten 4-stars but as of late it seems like the staff are burnt out and the drinks have suffered. The food I’ve ordered (non-bakery) has been good, so there’s some saving grace. The process of ordering feels mechanical or lifeless now, though. Seems like the same one person smiling each time I visit, and it’s not even the one taking the orders. Thank you, drink preparer, for not looking like you’re having a miserable time at work. As for the drinks, over the past year they’ve been hit or miss. Sometimes they’re lacking flavor and sometimes too much syrup is used. Gone are the days when I could reliably get a solid coffee from Firefly. Not sure what has happened but my favorite local coffee shop fallen a few notches and I can’t confidently recommend them like 6-8 months ago.
