Worst baked potatoes ever today😷they were so cold & stale the butter wouldn't even melt. I bought a single cheeseburger for my son & the bun was hard & cold. Terrible customer service skills the so called "manager" wants to argue instead of offering a replacement meal. They need to learn how to train their "managers" with proper customer service skills!

I was at the drive thru for 4 hours waiting for my food and they gave me half of my food so I waited till they gave me the other half but they gave to me out of a closet and I ordered a 10pc nugget and they gave me 4 spicy nuggets

The line took forever.. And the strawberry shake was horrible... Then the girl tried to give us the shake with the lid not in properly and shake shake spilled all over the side of the cup. Gave it to my husband and he was all messy!! Rude!!!

great wendys. one of the best i have been in. friendly staff and helpful. clean bathroom. military discount provided. fountain drink fillup was clean. service was super quock, by the time i decided what to drink my food was ready. will be glad to stop by again.

Was in there bout 20 minutes to half an hour. Ordered extra regular chicken nuggets. With ranch and honey mustard dipping sauce. Well they got the nuggets wrong. They gave us spicy nuggets and ghost pepper dipping sauce. Very unpleased. Not going back!

3/20/2022 we waited 35 minutes for our food and we were the fourth car in line. Spend less time trying to be funny over the intercom and more time making the food please. Oregon, Ohio Navarre Avenue
