Osaka Sushi And Hibachi

Disappointing. Before the pandemic i went here almost once a month, their fried rice was the best thing ever and is why I came back to this place. Yesterday I bought some of my favorite things there (hibachi salmon with fried rice and noodles) and they've really gone down-hill. The rice was completely different, even on my wifes try, both batches of rice were seemly devoid of whatever sauce used to be there a year ago. It was bland. Then the noodles. Inconsistency is the name of the game here. Her batch of noodles had almost no flavor to them, and mine were hopping good. I have to say, they seem to have changed the way they handle their fried rice, and i wouldn't honestly call it fried rice anymore. Sad to say i'm done with this place forever, as the fried rice is what kept me coming for more. It's gone now.

The food is great I will admit that. But I will never spend money at this place again after the way I was talked to. I ordered a chicken hibachi and it had shrimp in it. I am allergic to shrimp. This has happened more than once. I called to tell them my problem and was given nothing but attitude. I was told I should of told them I was allergic to shrimp. I was trying to explain I don't understand why I needed to let you know about an allergy for something that I did not order. The owner got on the phone and after I told him what happened I was told "Don't talk too much". I will not be talked to like that with the amount of money being spent at this establishment. There are other hibachi grills. I will take my money elsewhere.
