Went to get A ice cream cone and a burger I'm deaf so I couldn't hear speaker I got down and asked for food. They told me waiting on fresh patties. When I finally get my order and got home. Burger was sloppy and cold. Buns was wet and tomatoes was soft

Easy access and Service. Side Note. My family experience only : We always order small size. Because medium and large same content as small. They just charge you more for same quantity as small.

Every other experience I've had I have always gotten my order correct and on time. This time it took almost an hour to make two medium shakes.

They messed up my order I ask for a oreo Reese master blast with large chill cheese fries with bacon,ranch and jalapeños but i got a regular oreo shake with large chill cheese fries with jalapeños and ranch

The app needs work. My receipt disappeared and was told to come again. But never received food. Pressed button and explained situation, finally food was brought out.

This business is so unprofessional. We waited for 20 minutes, no one came to ask for our order and there was no out of order sign. We went to another one, when someone finally came to the mic, they were so rude. They need to hire new people.
