It's very hard to locate once you exit the freeway 🤔
But my husband was so excited to get some Lousiaina boudin and show us authentic crayfish balls, shrimp balls, and crayfish pies. But they DO NOT accept EBT

Very nice people have all kinds of things that I've never seen before and I always go in there and spend over $100 but on my way back to Houston I have to stop and get something from there. Continue the good work 🌹🌹🌹🌹

I've eaten a lot of boudin my whole life. Billy's is hands down my favorite. The pepper jack and crawfish balls are unreal good.

Always stop when passing through. Pick up orders for family out of state. Most requested Louisiana products by family and their friends.

Other than the challenging location (being hard to find), this place has some pretty good boudin. I always get their boudin balls, which are very tasty. However, the crust is too thick and takes away from flavor in my opinion.
