We stopped here as we forgot to pack a lunch for our trip. I had the French dip sandwich and it was absolutely amazing. By far the best French dip I’ve ever had. My wife had the bacon cheeseburger and loved it. For being cooked in a food trailer it was better then most restaurants could do. The onion rings were great as well. Great place to sit by the road for outdoor seating. Highly recommend this place.
Food was great, owners were very friendly. Very happy we stumbled upon this place after visiting Lake of the Clouds. :)
Nice little find on our way back to our campsite in Porcupine Mtn SP. This is our second year visiting the area and many restaurants we visited last year didn't survive the Covid delays. This place has several places to set outside. All orders are made while you wait son it may take a little longer... but its worth the wait! My husband had a pulled pork sandwich basket and I loved the fried chicken basket...a nice treat. Would stop again
I don't give out 5 stars easily. The mom & pop operation serves the best breasted chicken anywhere.
Their food is high quality & plentiful.

We stopped here after an afternoon sightseeing at the Porcupine Mountains.
We got the broasted chicken dinner and the fish dinner. Everything we for was made fresh and delicious.
We loved the fresh made fries especially.
Finally the owners were extremely friendly and very fun to talk to. If you're in the area make a point to stop here, though this fall they'll close for the winter. So get there quick.
We are so grateful to have found this gem of a food truck! The wait is long 15-45 min made to order. Excellent food, deep fried mushrooms, onion rings, home made fresh cut fries, deep fried cheese curds,chicken strips, cheese burgers , bacon cheese burgers... Fish basket meal. Broasted chicken meal. The food is delicious 😋!We love it! They work their tail off for us THANK YOU!♥️👊🏻
They run out of a lot of menu items, they’ve been slammed with business since closures of many restaurants in the area.

The broasted chicken was great!
1) Be prepared for a wait, they make everything to order. Also it’s a small operation so they have limited equipment for making orders. We got there, luckily, before a couple larger groups showed up. Our wait was about 15 minutes for a 12 piece family meal. Wait times expanded from there to an hour rather quickly near dinner time.
2) The food is Hot and FRESH. I thought one lady might be talking them up a bit about the chicken... Nope. Waiting might be a bit of a pain, but dang that was some of the best (if not THE best) broasted chicken I’ve had. The wife and kids agreed.
3) They were extremely polite to everyone. Even warning them that the equipment was busy with a couple larger orders immediately after hours, with an estimated wait time. They also pointed out alternatives with less of a wait.

Nothing is really open around silver city. Ordered the broasted chicken dinner for the family, it was as good as Zenders. Came with potatoes, really great coleslaw, and dinner rolls. I can't say enough just how fresh & good the meal was! Highly recommend you stop and park the car to try their food.
I had the pulled pork sandwich and fresh, homemade fries (made to order). Both were excellent with the pork tender, nicely spiced, and generous. Also serve fresh Lake Superior whitefish some days and I look forward to trying it.
