Pizza Hut

We ordered our spicy pizza and boneless garlic wings for carry out. We were told it would be ready in 15 minutes. We were greeted by a very friendly worker named Sheldon who took good care of us. The food we received was hot and fresh. Although we carried it out the restaurant was very clean and well kept so we will be eating there again and possibly dinning in next time.

With this particular order, I was charged (later refunded) and the tracker advanced to the point that they were making my order, but they never came. We reordered the same thing the next day as that is what everyone was craving, but was a big disappointment when the product never arrived, nor were we notified of it being canceled. We all went hungry that night, and found it to be a rather unprofessional way of handling this order. Fix the customer service aspect and I would be more apt to recommend Pizza Hut, as the food is still good.

Worst pizza establishment, ordered curb side pick up , waited over 30 mins with the additional 20 mins they requested online to make the food , called to let them know I was there they said someone would bring it out , walked inside the food was left on a shelf and handed to me cold , apon waiting to be handed order I observed the lady who was making the pizza was handling the pizza topping bare handed no gloves and touched her face multiple times along with opening a fridge or freezer door then went back to handling pizza topping bare handed once again not washing her hands nor putting on gloves . Then when arriving home the order was poorly put together almost no cheese on the pizza when I ordered extra cheese on both pizzas , almost no toppings at all so basically seems like crush and sauce . Then the pasta noodles seem to be undercooked even under the pasta sauce . Truly not happy with the experience from this particular establishment and encourage anyone to not partake in ordering or dining in this establishment.
