Well when ordered they said 15-20 minutes. It was 1 hour and 16 min before the food got here. Then they forgot the egg drop soup.and it was another 30 minutes before the soup got here. The food had good flavor, but very disappointing when you pay for it + delivery fee. And then give them a tip before knowing you didn’t even get part of the order. They should just be honest, we are short of help it will take extra time for delivery….BE HONEST!! I think they dumped a whole salt shaker of salt in the egg drop soup because they forgot it in the first place

I haven’t ordered from this place in about 2 years. The food has always been mediocre at best and the delivery drivers are always odd. They call to tell you they are in your driveway yet somehow they are no where to be found and take several minutes to arrive while you stand in the driveway looking around for them trying to figure out where they are. They said it’s because they want you in your driveway when they arrive so you can come to the car and get the food.Today they had the audacity to tell me there was a minimum of $20 per order if it were to be delivered. For as low quality as the food and service i think $20 minimum is a bit much and laughable really 😂

My fiancée and I order takeout almost once a week, the food is always amazing! I see other reviews mention waiting long time but we have never had an issue. Highly recommend

Great food, but...it is time to get some help. Way overwhelmed staff. Two people and they couldn't keep up. Mixing up orders happened multiple times. not answering a phome rhat was ringing off the hook; not once during the three hours I waited for my order.

Terrible experience trying to order from these people. First trying to order online didn’t work, tried 2 different credit cards they wouldn’t accept. Then tried to order in the phone, guy was rude and short with me, website says minimum $15 order but he changed it to $20, plus $3.00 delivery charge , plus tip. No restaurant is worth that kind of hassle. Cya! 👋🏻

Great customer service and fast service. Best parking is on the left of the building. The lady that helped us made our food right away and the portion for the combo platter was way bigger than expected! My fiance and I shared a chicken and broccoli combo platter with fried rice. The chicken is tender and juicy and the broccoli is cooked well and not undercooked. The fried rice is well cooked and tasty. Would recommend to anyone looking for classic Americanized Chinese food!

I'm a former chef with over 20 years experience in restaurants. I also never write reviews but I had such a nice experience I felt obligated. I'm six months new to Oneonta and on my family's advice had been ordering from China 19. Which has been all right with no real complaints except for the that you can tell most of the food was probably not prepared in-house and most likely out of a can or freezer or even worse dreaded Sysco products. So anyways back to number one Chinese I ordered last night and picked it up. Whenever given the opportunity I always try to peek in the kitchen and did so. It was nice and comforting to see how clean it was and organized. It was a good sign that the people cared about food. Now down to the food. You can tell by the vegetables used and the quality of the product that these people really do care. Everything was prepared nicely and had a nice homemade taste about it especially the sweet and sour sauce you could tell it was homemade. I will definitely be ordering again from this place the food exceeded my expectations from the small little restaurant and comforting knowing that the food products were well cared for and prepared in a clean environment.
