I have yet to receive an order that was not correct. This olace is usually busy but they are well managed. Talking about managed, the manager does a great job keeping the place running smoothly.

I hate giving negative reviews but the Oneida McDonald's need some serious improvements the staff was extremely rude, when we went thru the drive thru we waited 20 mins to get our food, and when we finally got it, it was old and not edible, I understand they get busy and maybe they weren't staffed properly but there is never a good reason to be rude and if you wait that long for fast food it should be somewhat fresh, the buns were hard the fries were so old it was like biting into hard candy. Very disappointed.

I'm giving them a star cause I cannot review w/o it and I cannot give negative stars.
On a recent visit:
The Coke was flat and warm.....
The fries were undercooked........
The nuggets were definitely from lunch.......
The Big Mac wasn't so big and had next to no toppings.
Possibly the worst McDonalds experience ever.....
Possibly the worst McDonalds on the planet.

Just went to this McDonald's didn't even get greeted when we walked in. Not even told us to be a minute with somebody with you in a minute. Just ignored us. We were there for good 15 minutes just standing there. No one even addressed that we were there. Very rude service

10:15 February 27th. I pulled up to the drive thru, car in front of me places their order. Sat there for 10 minutes waiting for them to take my order. In the meantime 6 cars in the other drive thru get their orders taken. Finally had enough and left without ever placing an order. Worse McDonalds in the area. Terrible

Friendly service very kind I dropped my card. And the cashier was very concerned I would get it without damage to the card. My food was very good I recieved no trouble wit nay service I received
