We came hoping for a nice dinner out and ended up disappointed. They seem to be understaffed and serve everything in to-go containers. As others have stated you aren't really being served which I can understand and wasn't a big deal to me. My salad, miso soup, and vegetable soba weren't terrible but not really all that good either. The ginger for the sushi tasted off. The yum yum sauce seems like it is watered down. Just my honest opinion hope they can get more help and better food. I don't mind paying more for food but I couldn't justify the cost at this establishment.

Ordered shrimp pad Thai with mixed vegetables got two shavings toothpick size of carrots and about four tiny tiny pieces of broccoli. Nothing like when Sophie and Vince owned it. Such a shame, has incredible potential to be great but the quality of the food consistently is going downhill in my opinion. Everything with a brown sauce taste the same.

Awesome food at a very reasonable price. We arrived at the location Sunday afternoon and had our doubts about going in. The place is small and not very inviting from the outside. Windows were dark and had to look twice to confirm it was open as there was only one more car in the parking lot. I had to convince my wife to go in and look at the menu. We decided to try it as there are not that many options around and that's when we were rewarded with an amazing dinner. Flavorful, fresh, delicious. Hibachi steak is amazing and the chicken with vegetables was very good as well. You don't expect to find good sushi in a small town like Oneida, but theirs is excellent. Will go back if I'm in town.
