The two times I have placed my order with them for delivery they have delivered the wrong food both times and when bringing the right order they still forget the dipping sauces. Also my wait time for the pizza is ridiculously long both times for them to deliver the wrong pizzas. ( this dominos just sucks.) one time wrong food is okay I understand mistakes happen but twice in a row they just must be incompetent. Since calling and talking to Raquel before ordering online, my order was delivered in the time frame she gave and both pizzas were correct and the side of cheese bread came with the marinara that was ordered. Thank you for the better service.

I had two gift cards that I had just gotten and when I was swiping them they were saying declined. Not sure on the name of who rang me up but he was extremely patient and understanding. Will definitely be back way more than I should.

Called tonight in the middle of football games! Had to wait maybe 3 mins on phone. Danny answered and took my order promptly! We wanted to combine 2 offers but unfortunately you can’t do that! So, instead of us making 2 orders he gave us a discount on our huge order!! When I say our pizza was fresh, I mean it was REALLY fresh!! Delicious and hot! Will definitely be using this dominos when I am in Omaha from here on out!! Thank you Danny for your amazing customer service!

Didn’t Even know I ordered a secret menu item from dominos but the service was amazing and the delivery driver was so nice and they even added an extra bonus item this is why Domino’s will be always my preferred Pizza place 😋

Dan is the MAN! We ordered 16 pizzas for a school group and he made sure we got the best deal possible for our money. We were late and couldn't meet our delivery person on time so Dan made sure the delivery person stayed until we got there. BEST customer service out there! Pizza was fresh and tasty too! Don't order from anywhere else, this Domino's is the best in town!

The service was outstanding from the time I placed the order to the time it was delivered. The pizzas were on point, hot and most importantly the toppings were stuck on the pizza and not the box lid. The gal that delivered was really nice, very respectful. I honestly can say that this experience has been the best without a doubt pizza delivery experience.
