I had to write a review because I received exemplary service a few weeks ago. The nice black-haired man who took my order was very kind. He works the nights shifts on weekdays. He always gets my order correct (even though the line is always extremely long and he seems to be the only cashier working). He also told me he’d make a fresh batch of nacho fries for me because the other ones were a bit cold. I didn’t even ask. Pleasant experience!

Food was great... Bathroom looked like a garbage dumpster. Filthy. Glad all I needed was to wash my hands. Enjoyed the lunch.

I have no real reason to give it less than 5 stars. It's not phenomenal and doesn't have mind shattering service, but it's a Taco Bell, so what do you expect? lol
They give me my tacos and my order is right 95% of the time. Even when something is wrong it's usually something small. I'm never missing whole items or anything. Can't really complain!

They are on a roll! Second time in a row I visited and the dining room was open. Staff was working hard to fill orders but not that aware of those at the front counter. I see they are actively recruiting with a display stand inside the store. On the up and up.

One of the quicker locations in Omaha. Prompt even when busy. Food is correct and service is friendly and attentive. We will drive a little further to go to this location than the one closer to our home because they are quicker and more attentive with their service.
