Thank you TY the manager for taking my call to correct my order for ticket number DT354. I was livid to check my food and it was still wrong after I repeatedly told the person taking my order the mistakes. Please make sure your team knows how to listen to your customers. Thank for rectifying my concerns by mailing me compensation for the mistakes made on my order.

My grandkids and I love to go there because the people are so nice. The food is always fresh and the one guy sometimes he has to figure out what I'm talking about because I like the I believe it's called the red onion sauce. Arby's has great sandwiches the wagyu Burger is delicious!

I had lunch here and TJ waited on us. He was very friendly, got our order right and overall made it a nice experience. I would eat here again because of him.

This location can get busy during peak lunch hours or around 5 PM. They get the order right though and customer service is friendly and accommodating to food requests.
P.S. Curly fries are a must!

Love Arby's I apply the horsey sauce first the consistency is thicker so it stays put. The Arby's sauce I apply bite by bite. It's more liquid so squirts out the sides if applied ahead of time.

I asked for classic roast beef and cheddar with a 2/7 deal but I got classic roast beef, no cheddar. I was too hungry to complain at the moment but I'm using this opportunity to tell it like it is. Some people literally do not listen to others ever, and those people do not belong in service positions because that is your entire job.

It was okay. I'm from the south, so Arby's wasn't a big thing. But I move up here and it was actually pretty good. Service was good.
