One of my granddaughters suggested we go to Krispy Kreme for donuts before doing our Black Friday shopping. It was a really nice experience! The donuts were so delicious, and it was fun to see the assembly line and how the glazed donuts are created. Even got a free donut. Think this will become a nice holiday tradition for us.

The glazed donut is perfectly cooked. You really can't go wrong with any Donut. The take out line is always crazy. I've had to wait on avg 20 minutes. It always seems to be the person manning the window? The person doesn't know what's going on? You wait in line and then wait when you get to the window for your order. Why? The donuts are always in the box sitting there when you get to the window? The person is messing with the change machine, or sitting there taking orders. There has to be a more efficient way to get people their donuts when it's busy! If the donuts weren't so damn good, we wouldn't go there!

I don't dislike this place, I just prefer the doughnut place right next door. And that's just personal preference. My son & I still come 1X-2X/wk bc of the assortment of doughnuts 🍩 and bc they are always fresh!

Donuts were amazing and the service was good but I’m taking off a star for the vanilla iced coffee which was really really horrible tasting. I’m not sure what the issue was but it was so bitter and nasty, it was not consumable.

When the light is on - go in. That means that they have fresh donuts. DELICIOUS! And I love watching the donuts being made. The oil... the sugar ... what's not to love!? Caution, they are quite addictive! ;)

Love this location! I went in this morning to try the new specialty M&M donuts. After I paid, they realized they were out of one of the flavors (I had ordered four of each). I decided to swap them for a cheaper donut and the cashier and manager worked quickly to help fix the difference. I go to this location sporadically throughout the year and always feel like I receive excellent service and fresh, delicious donuts! Lots of sprinkles and M&Ms on top to enjoy! People complaining about the size of their donuts should speak to corporate, not downgrade individual stores with bad reviews for something that is likely out of their control. Thank you to the employees who are always so wonderful here!

Always a fun treat every once in a while for myself. I used to come here as a kid and watch them make the donuts in the morning and just be fascinated on how they make so many of them. Ive always had good experiences here. It's the best when it is fresh off the line. I have good memories here and continue to have good experiences with the friendly employees and clean area. And if you want more than just an original glazed, they have so mant options to cure your sweet tooth. Definitely a good stop.

The 120th location has some workers that might come off a little rude but the donuts are on point!! I love when they serve fresh warm donuts. It's hard to wait to eat them. I usually end up eating almost half the dozen of donuts in the box before I get home. I know...it's a fat move but I don't care. Their donuts are amazing!!
