This location is amazing ! I came in the morning and got me and my mom a bowl and let me just say that the customer service in there is beyond great. The employees in there make sure you are well taken care of and the food is a bonus. I’m from California and it’s hard to find a restaurant that has good tasting food and wonderful customer service. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who is in the area and wants to grab a bite to eat. You will not be disappointed.

We love pepper jax. We always order the steak rice bowl and end up getting two meals from it. We have half one day and warm the leftover next day. It's just as good the next day as it was the first.

Every time we go service is very good. The cooks are all ways nice and pleasant. 120th in bolando is our favorite pepper jacks location.

The Philly cheese steaks sub were hot and good. I like that you can pick what veggies you want in it. The fries are good and have a nice seasoning to them. The staff was amazing and so kind. Definitely will return.

All I can say is.. Jay is just simply amazing!! Best manger ever… One of his chef’s CHUN-LI my Philly Steak Sandwich. Lol. Which Sounds funny now, but trust me it wasn’t at the time.. But Jay calmed the situation with so much CLASS and professionalism..

We had a group of 7, and the staff was patient and friendly. The facilities were clean, and someone came by to ensure we had everything we needed and our meals were satisfactory.

Two of us went to have an early lunch approximately around 11:30am. We both got the steak bowls and jaxed it up. We were happy with our bowls and the fries were fresh. The place was clean as well. The staff was courteous when I returned to the counter twice asking for extra spicy ranch and salsa and then a bag for our leftovers. There is one thing that I would like to see is plastic knives. They don't seem to offer them. However, I will not deduct any stars for my preference.
