Dunkin'

The customer service was absolutely horrible. Stopped by to get a drink on 11May at around 4pm. To be specific: we were not greeted with a friendly welcome. It was more like we were a burden. Our iced coffee was sloppily put together and thrown on the counter like we were dogs. We didn’t know that it was actually for us but we figured since we were the only people inside the establishment.

A "quick trip through the drive thru" resulted in a 20 minute stop, a simple order for two people screwed up 3 times, and they couldnt even give me a receipt when I asked. Different people working here every time I come. Horrible service. Going to be taking my business elsewhere for awhile until I'm brave enough to see if they've cobbled a decent crew together to fill a $15 order.

I love dunkin !foods great, employees are very pleasant. Only reason I scored a 1 is due to the hole large enough to fit my car in at the drive through lane !!!! Seriously it's got bigger as winter goes on. Even if you have to fill it with rock every week DO IT ! It's tearing my front end apart. I'm about to go to the other place which I do not like their coffee but they have a SOLID DRIVE through lane ! Please fix this

Staff was rude!!!!!!!!! I wasn't done placing my order and the girls snapped pull around my food taste so stale my dogs wouldn't eat it my coffee taste like gym socks never again. I love Dunkin but it's clear the ones around here lack customer service skills. Also that drive thru is awful I swear I was going to lose my axel those holes need to be fixed like yesterday

First of all, every time I pass through Olean the place is never open. Apparently they have pretty bleak hours because I don't pass through there late at night. It's usually early evening when I happen to be passing by. Then, the last time I did happen to stop and they were actually open I was psyched. I went through the drive through and someone asked for my order. I proceeded to order a medium coffee and 2 donuts, 1 strawberry frosted and 1 glazed. The woman over the speaker then said, "we don't have any donuts". I'm not sure why she didn't announce this when I pulled up. I confirmed with her that even though I'm at a Donut Shop you don't have any donuts? They did not. She went on to explain that any donuts left at the end of the day they throw away. This was about 8:50 pm. She said they closed at 9. So, not only are they wasting food they are wasting food that could have been sold.
