Century Manor

We have been here twice so far in the last few months. The service was quick and friendly, the atmosphere was great and what you would want it to be, and the food was too. Our waitress was very nice and was quick and considerate of everything. The French Onion Chicken was seasoned great and the fried onions went well on top for adding texture, adding the mixes of the melted cheeses was a great idea too. The time before I ordered salmon and that was cooked perfectly too. Whoever put these dishes together knew what they were doing. The bread we received before hand was also perfectly seasoned and fresh. It was different than your usual type of bread but in the best way. Will definitely be coming back.

Our time at the Manor was mediocre, the food was ok. I expected wow and got avrage. 120 bucks for 2 people i expected very delicious fare and got no diffrent than anywhere else. The side salad was kinda biter and the dressing was unremarkable. Blue collar rib eye was a good size for the price but it wasn't what I would call mouth watering, it was just ok not very flavorful. The Japanese shrimp were a great size and were very tasty. Artichoke dip was yummy and my wife said the single filet was good. Our waitress Race was amazing, she does a great job. I left feeling full and that I paid to much for a run of the mill experience.

Meh! The service was good, the place looks really nice but a restaurant should all be about the food. The Food was fine. At this price point, the food should not be fine but excellent. The prime rib was cold, my filet mignon was cut really thin making it difficult to have a nice crust and keep it medium rare inside. Things that could easily be fixed to bring this experience to the next level!
