Food was okay but you can tell they go with a lower quality. The bigger facility that this is in is impressive but I'd eat somewhere else before coming here. I ordered the ribs and there were what I would assume are tendons in the meat. Never seen that in ribs that I've had elsewhere. They are alongside the bones in this picture.

Shout out to Tracy the friendly bartender, trying to hold it all together. New cook at this place, very slow service. She went back 2-3 times to see if our order was ready. The young guy behind the bar told a customer "Ive never made a bloody mary before" and left the guy standing there waiting (wondering). Food here used to be great. Now, not so much.

Had my son's birthday there. I absolutely will not purchase another party package again. I had the Lucky strike package ($15 per person, $50 Deposit, pay rest on date of party, $100 minimum). Unfortunately, they do not provide helium for balloons, so I arrived 20 minutes late because I had to get my balloons filled elsewhere which took more half hour (picked up my cake at Walmart, hence where the balloons got filled). That aside, when I arrived for my scheduled party, they were confused. My guest arrived just minutes before i did and were in the party room waiting. Took them some time to realize they were party even though i brought my balloons, cake, and icecream. They also were not sure how to charge for the party as the $50 deposit was made when making the reservation with the understanding I would pay the rest upon date of the party based on # of guest/players. Then, rather than assist in the party room setting up my ballons, cake, and plates they did absolutely nothing other than bring the beverages to the room and the pizza. I got back from our 1hr bowling to find my balloons where behind the counter rather than set up in the room, my cake was on the front desk still where i placed it, no forks or spoons where set out nor were my special plates even in the room. It felt very unwelcoming. I was forced to spend at least $100 for the package for zero service other than bringing our pizza and pitchers of beverages. Meanwhile it would have taken no more than 5 minutes to set my room up with everything i provided and needed (utensils). Where I come from, when you reserve a room, they do at least this. I could have paid less just paying for some bowling and buying game cards myself. The package came to no benefit at all as I also had my other son's birthday there without a party package over the summer. I paid much less and still had our pizza and beverages and game room as well as golf(yes i understand that is seasonal). My point is, if you make a reservation for the room, you should get full service in that room. Especially, if i must pay for a minimum number of bowlers and a deposit. Lastly, there was nobody over the age of 25, i would say 22, to assist these children how business should be done.
