Applebee's

It's always too noisy when we go in there and packed to the gills. I guess maybe it is because there is a bar in there and people aren't always mindful of their behavior and actions and the volume of their voices when they drink. There's always a 20 minute wait. I don't see what the appeal is of this restaurant. It's overpriced and the food isn't always that great for the price they charge. We're going to be going elsewhere for our girl's night out.

It's Applebee's.... the staff is friendly, the food is fancy chain.. Things that have fancy sauces are generally very tasty, steaks are almost always over cooked. I love the salads, the dressings(remember I said sauces). Tonight as usual I had to ask for my salad After dinner came out and the burger as always was over cooked. Update April 2019 not much has changed but it is more Costly!

While practicing social distancing we decided to give Applebee's a try during a trip to a strawberry field. We ordered the food and we're given a time if 20 minutes for our food to be prepared. We parked in the to go parking right at 20 minutes. The food came out and I must say the gentleman that brought it out was great, a very nice guy. We at in our vehicle in the parking lot. The food was perfectly cooked and tasted great. A really good meal after a long day. Kudos to the cooks and staff. I'll happily eat in your parking lot again.

When we arrived we were told it would be a 15 minute wait. Ash was on her name tag. She asked me for my number to text me when the table would be ready. I declined and told her that I would be right outside the door. She put my name on the tablet that they reserve with and I waited outside. About ten minutes later we had three couples come in after us that were immediately seated at tables. Then she came out to get us. I stated that I saw the others come through and they were directly seated. Ash stated that “she had forgot about us and that we should have given her my number”. I told her “nobody gets my number”. Very unprofessional and outright revenge on not giving my number out.
