Taco Bell

I guess I came on a bad day. The lady at the register was definitely new. That's cool, because everyone is new at something at some point,but she had no help or assistance. With that being said it appeared that had only had one lady making orders for the whole restaurant(dine-in,and drive thru). I waited roughly 10 min to get three tacos. Fast food this place was not today. If they just hire a few more people, and train them I think they might be ok ...

Well, My wife and I love KFC/Taco Bell a LOT, we have ate at KFC for over 40 years! But, this location was just absolutely in disrepair!! There were small ants/bugs in cobwebs that were dead, which you can see in one of the pictures. We never ate at this location before and most likely won't again. If the Dining place is this bad, I just can't imagine what the kitchen/preparation stations look like. The Cashier Zay was the ONLY good thing about this place (we only dealt with her) The food, I had a 3 piece crispy chicken was NOT as tasty as I have had at KFC before, my wife had soft Tacos she said the meat they used was not as flavorful as she has had at other Taco Bell's. I do NOT recommend this place at all!

I wouldnt be surprised if this location singlehandedly tanked the entire company. What a joke these people are. Taco Bell/KFC should really reevaluate this location and consider shutting it down to save some face. Ive never been to a worse fast food joint than this place. Always out of what you want to order, ice machine is always broken, constantly forgetting to put items in the bag, 30+ minute wait for three cars in the drive thru. Honestly if the franchise owner hasnt seen this review page he/she is in for a rude awakening unless they dont care, which would explain the sub par food and service this location delivers. I would leave negative stars for this review if i was given the option. Shame I am forced to give them one star.

The grill was down so you couldn't get anything that used the grill. My nacho chips were stale and there was so little cheese on them that I had to add my own when I got home. I ended up throwing half away because the chips were so stale. I think they must have had the chips out all day. The hard shell taco was good, but we won't go to this taco bell again.

Entered the drive through at 6:14pm (they weren’t even busy) ordered ONLY 4 soft tacos, and didn’t leave until 6:35pm. 25 mins in the drive thru and they still didn’t have my order correctly in the system. This Taco Bell is just pure trifling, workers don’t care to be there. Who trains these employees? They aren’t fast, and definitely not efficient! Owner, manager, somebody.. step up!

As a Taco Bell connoisseur, I can honestly say this is the absolute worst TB I've ever been to. Unfortunately, we sometimes go due to the location (3 blocks from my home) but usually as a joke to see what we end up with. I've asked for sauce every time I've gone, not once have I actually gotten any sauce, I've had frozen ingredients in my burrito and have received KFC items in my TB bag when ordering only TB. Most of the time, they are "out of" over half of the menu, so it's more of a "tell me what you can make" type of deal....which is not what you end up getting anyways. I went tonight, ordered 2 bean burritos (pretty basic!?) and was told to "pull ahead and it would be out in a minute"....23 minutes later....smashed bag, cold food, no sauce, no napkins, no receipt, no apology. Not once have I gotten a receipt which I guess is done by design so nobody can file a complaint or fill out a survey.

WORST Taco Bell EVER!!!! It's ALWAYS something here. One day the drive through is closed, another they are closed for only 30 minutes ( they make up their own hours). Also my food is wrong every single time, they say the grill is broke when really they just don't want their drive thru times to go up because they know grilled items take the longest, they never have the correct nacho chips ( they buy cheap hard ones from the grocery store instead of frying fresh ones like they are supposed to) AND I've gone up there and they say Taco Bell side is closed but KFC is open? HOW DOES THAT MAKE ANY SENSE? This has to be the WORST location ever, how many more 1 star reviews does the owner need to realize something needs to change?
