Every now & then I want tacos, or burrito or Mexican pizza. However I am NOT a fan of sour cream or tomatoes...when I place an order & request no tomatoes or sour cream. Thats what I expect. I know I'm different...not just don't like ....allergic to dairy
But I know the nice person at the window doesn't see what is in tissue wrap. Still the food was served quickly, hot..very nice man working the drive up window. Better luck next time Taco Bell.

I have nothing good to say. 2 chalupas and 2 double stuffed tacos tasted and smelled like cat food. 2 large drinks...the whole order was $21 dollars! Go to Margarita's Jalisco. You won't be disappointed!

The food was great, but I was appalled at how the female manager (Deanna?) treated Aaron on August 16th around 10:00AM. He was taking my payment at the window and out of nowhere she yelled at him to help me (he already was) and continued to yell about how she should’ve terminated him a long time ago. I work fast food so I understand things can get heated when it’s busy, but I was the only car in line and Aaron was doing nothing wrong. Great food but no manager should talk to an employee like that, especially not in front of a customer.

Ordered a $5 nacho box added extra cheese and jalapeño sauce and a Pepsi. Got home to a box of crumbs I had to eat it with a spoon. Hardly any cheese and no jalapeño sauce. went to wash it down with a nasty diet Pepsi. I Drive out of my way to this taco bell because the guy who works at the window named Aaron is awesome. The guy said my order back and took it correctly. Idk why who ever was making the food put no pride in there work.

I give them a "4" because they employees are always nice, I do try to go in when I can, because drive thru is a bit slow. But one problem, most the taco bell's have... not just this one, is the nacho fries.. Half the time, they are somewhat full, and I'm happy, but tonight I ordered JUST nacho fires, and NOTHING else.. So when I see my two nacho fries, you would have thought maybe some fell into the bag? Nope, I checked, not 1 fell out, and this is what they look like at least half the time you order nacho fries.. Half full.. :( I heard 1 taco bell, blame it on the tongs,, because they're not capable of putting them in the box with tongs, and doing it quick enough..

This location always has the best customer service and quality food. I drive from my hometown Taco Bell to come to this one because it's so much better. Order is always correct and fresh!

We went through the drive thru to grab dinner on our way home. Our actual visit through the drive thru was, pretty good. The line was very long but they were doing a great job keeping it moving. The person that was at the window was very nice. All that said, We get home I grab a taco eat about 3 bites and there is a 4 to 5 inch strand of hair in it. We look for the receipt for the number, no receipt. Finally get the number, it's busy. Go to leave a complaint on the app, it doesn't work because we have no receipt. So, while the service was fast and friendly, the food was not up to standard and there was no way to get any customer service to remedy the situation.
