This is a super nice store. They are doing some remodeling so there were full carts here and there but nothing too out of hand. This was our first time going to this store too because we just moved here but we definitely found our new home grocery store. Everyone was really nice and helpful. This was also my first experience with the pharmacy and they were also very nice. They made it all the easier to get used to.

It may be a little bit pricey, but the service you get is really good. The only negative I have for the store is they seem to be constantly moving everything you can never find anything. It's not that they don't have it but you just don't know where it's at. The produce the meat the seafood and all the fresh food is always in good shape I go back here frequently

They always have a good selection for my dietary restrictions. But I do not appreciate the managers berating their staff in front of the customers.. my cashier was doing a great job and the manager just comes and berates him in front of me, I almost walked off without my groceries from being in shock and she yells at him for not running after me (1 min time difference) not a big deal at all, I feel very sorry for your staff if this is how you treat them in front of your customers.

Second time Hy-Vee has had the Smart nuts on sale for $1.00 a bag to find out they “sold out” false advertising!!!! Not happy. Had to shop at Aldi go $60 worth’s of food today because Hy-Vee did have what was on the web-sight.
Do not use the delivery system. They go to the wrong address EVERYTIME and leave my food on a strangers porch. (They use door dash) I called the on line manager and he said he would re deliver my perishable food by 4pm. Food never showed up I am done with this stupid store. Poor management and liars. Walmart does a better job.

I ♥️ Hy-Vee. I'll gladly pay a little more to shop where the shelves, freezers, etc. are well stocked, the employees are friendly and helpful and there are plenty of Cashiers to serve the customers.

Love shopping here. Selection is always amazing, employees are always so helpful and friendly. The online shopping is so easy and very convenient as well, especially, for example in my case, I had ankle surgery and just couldn’t go in and shop. One lady that helped me out, her name was Lisa, all I can say is wow…. She went above and beyond to assist me. Definitely need more people like her that are willing to help the customer and does not make you feel like you’re a bother. Thank you Lisa for such a great experience!

Ordering online is easy and quick. Only issue is with substitutions they make sometimes. I ordered dairy free parmesan cheese and selected no substitution. I ended up with organic parmesan cheese instead. I was able to get a refund, but it requires the pick up person to pull the item and call the store to request the refund.
