It was good I just didn't like that we had to wait for it. I don't know if they were low staffed but if they were that has to explain the speed of the food. Other than that I have no complaints about the service.
So, I remembered I had a burger from Jack In The Box but from another location and I LOVED it! So, I seen this location this morning and decided to try the breakfast, I was super hungry.
I ordered jalapeno poppers, an egg roll, and the cheddar biscuit with sausage bacon egg and cheese meal. I loved the fact it had real cheese on the sandwich but the cheddar biscuit is nothing to rave about. All and all, everything was good. It served it's purpose and I'm sure they have a customer in me! The customer service was great as well! My food was hot, not served sloppy and I received everything I asked for, condiments and all!
I honestly thought this has been the best customer service I had in a long time! My first time I came in yesterday around 11:35/11:40 am & Adrian helped me was very professional & definitely goes above for his customers! So I decided to go back today & the service was good again but this time another guy helped me, I didn’t quite get his name but he was a young guy with a rope necklace on & I really appreciate the good customer service he has as well I will definitely be going to this one more often if this is the employees you hire!
My main reason for giving them five stars is because I drive a big flatbed tow truck and it won't fit through the drive-thru but if you go up to the door they will let you step in the lobby and order and get some food even though you're too big to go through the drive-thru cuz the lobby is closed at night thank you Jack in the box
I Wish i would have cought the young gentlemans name running the drive threw this evening but the service was wonderful. We got there about 10pm. He was patient with answering my questions about certain menu items. They dont even sell root beer floats but he was so nice and me one which i thought was extremely nice because he didnt have to. We were the only car in the drive threw but The food was hot and fresh. Definitely was a good ending to a long evening. Thank you, good service is hard to find now days but is definitely appreciated!!
The southwest chicken salad was delicious. Fresh grilled chicken breast was very tender and generous portions. Counter person was friendly. After traveling 8 hours it was a nice surprise.

Cesar is amazing. Amazing customer service skills & makes you feel so welcome. There teriyaki Bowls are so amazing I highly recommend this location. Don’t walk run or drive here you will definitely thank me later.
I've read some of the negative reviews and I don't get it.I always order online and my order is always correct.I Love This Place.The Crew working is always really nice,no matter what of day I go.
The only drawback at this place is the fact that the bathrooms are always locked. I understand the logic behind it,nevertheless it's still a minor inconvenience. The staff is nice and the food is always prepared well and fresh.all in all I would eat here again and enjoy using the restrooms lol
