i was upset because i made a call and the gurl was rude, but the delivery lady was very very nice and pizza was warm and perfect, so that made up for it!

I was a little hesitant to order from this location based off of the reviews, but decided to give it a try anyways. I just finished eating the pizza I ordered, and it was great! I had 0 issues with my order. + Delivery was fast. I placed my order at 4:30 & received it at 4:59.

Was totally shocked ,,, pizza was amazing ,, never ate there before ! The young lady that took my order was super nice and polite to me ,, she wS awesome !! Only drawback was her co-workers weren't so curtious !

I don't know why all of these negative reviews are here but I will try to give my experience of the Papa John's at this location.
So first of all, I've ordered pizza from basically every chain around me. Domino's, Mazzio's, Stars and Stripes, Pizza Hut and out of all of them I liked Papa John's the most.
I have ordered online multiple times at night, even once at 11:30pm to an apartment and they never said a single word about it.
I have never received a burnt pizza or one that tasted like the dough was raw.
If anything, this might have been because I ordered it online every time, both for pickup and delivery. So just do that and you shouldn't have any problems.

Placed a fairly large order, everything arrived quickly and more importantly correct! The driver James sent me a text when he was on the way and even called to give his ETA. I greatly appreciated he took the initiative to provide extra sauces, plates, napkins, and seasonings for our large group. The level of service was outstanding!

Super service! Anastasia promised my pizza in 10 min and surely delivered! Manager also was nice and helpful. Joanna was super nice, she came in while I was waiting for my pizza and asked if I had been helped and made sure I got all my order and everything was correct, super nice staff and quick service! Store 1660!

Horrible staff puts you on a forever hold waited 10 mins and hung up called again and answers and acts like i wasnt just old hold for 10 min so i ask him are they busy tonight says no. Then why was i put on hold for such a long time. Ordering from DOMINO'S now on. Dont waste your time look at there google reviews im not the only one with the issue.

Ordered pizza through the app tonight. Pizza arrived in a timely fashion but was completely the wrong order. It even showed philly chzsteak on the label on the box but yet we got pepperoni. Also, on the cheddar knots, we chose ranch for the sauce and got pizza sauce. I immediately called the store upon noticing the mix up and they said they would have another one on the way. It’s been 25 minutes and still haven’t seen/heard anything so I called back. I got put on hold twice and the guy comes back on the phone to say she’s leaving the restaurant with it now. It’s been over 10 minutes and still have no pizza. �� this will be our last time EVER ordering from Papa Johns.

Being from Louisville KY which is the hometown of Papa John's Pizza, I expected better service than I received. I called at 1025pm to order a pizza after being greeted by a young man who had no idea what specials they were offering this evening, a young lady got on the phone and proceeded to tell me what they had. I wanted to place a pick up order which was close to where I had to pick up my spouse and us being local to Louisville were really hoping for a taste of hometown. I was informed by a third person (Megan)? that carryout closed at 10pm. I was willing to meet the driver anywhere even in the parking lot, is how bad we wanted Papa John's. Not being from here I didn't know an address to give her. She was unable to help me...... she even when as far as to try and talk me out of my quest for a papa John's pizza by telling me how long it would be.....45 mins as if that would sway my attempt of my hometown pizza pie.....
I let her know I would be contacting corporate about this.
As corporations grow and supply lines lengthen the home office needs to know when quality of service deteriorates.
