The food here is wonderful and the staff is very accommodating. The staff and owners are very knowledgeable and willing to help anyone that comes through the door. Their meal plan options are incredible and I love all the food from the smoothies to the breakfast bowls. Great time to check out their soups as the weather is cooling off.

Legit!! The core fresh salad with a side of chicken breast is my new favorite. It’s like a curated bowl of freshness. I could eat it every day. The bacon and egg bowl is hearty enough for a really solid meal and tastes amazing. My dream come true would be to have this place across the street from work, because I’d never bring lunch again.

This place is fantastic. All the employees are welcoming and very professional. Their products are top notch and freshly prepared. Their food makes me feel great mentally and physically. Definetly a must try, if not you are missing out. Tip of the hat to these guys for doing such a great job.

Best meal prep place in the city hands down! They constantly change the menu so you never get tired of eating the same things. They use quality ingredients in a way that puts a modern and unique twist on traditional meals. Highly recommended!

I have tried many different meals from Corefresh (breakfast, lunch, and snack items). I have never had something I didn’t like. My favorite meals have always included the cauliflower rice, it’s perfectly done! I also love that the nutrition and macros are listed for each meal!

I had lunch here when in OKC last year and it was fantastic! The Thai coconut soup was deeply flavorful and the spring rolls were crisp and delicious. Creating food that is satisfying as well as light and healthy is an art form, and Core Fresh has nailed it.

I am not only a dedicated patron, but a previous employee of this place. The owners treat their employees and customers with the upmost gratitude and compassion. As far as employment goes, these are industry professionals who have high expectations of their employees. However these expectations do not come without proper training end guidance. These people would never expect some thing out of their employees that they would not expect out of themselves. This is a business built around genuine care for the community around them.
