Ms. Kathy was in there working extremely hard with a huge line, she stayed friendly and made my sub perfect. The air is not working in the store and it is extremely hot in there, I felt sick standing in line, I can not imagine how she feels. Thank you Ms. Kathy I hope they get your air fixed, no one deserves to work like that. It seems every subway is understaffed, which is very unfortunate for the employees and the customers. There’s nothing about Subway that’s a one person job.
I came in 2/1/23 at 12:30, just as one woman was leaving to go to another store that is short staffed. The woman who helped me is pregnant, and I failed to get her name but just wanted to let the owner know each time I come in she and the woman who left are ALWAYS there and ALWAYS so kind. After the coworker left, the pregnant woman was the only one there, the card machine wasn’t working, big lunch rush and STILL so nice! Glad I came.
The food is always good but the employees need to work on customer service. I had to tell the girl what meats went in a Club. No smiles from either employee. One acted like I was bothering her when she had to prepare my salad. She also asked me three times what dressing I wanted. Customer service needs a little work.
Took a long time to get our order. However, they were shorthanded - there was only one person manning the counter. So I don't blame her for the slowness. I would recommend that the location hire more help.
Nice subway to go to, always clean and fast service.
We accidentally walked in right at closing time, but the girl working let us come in. She was so welcoming and treated us as valued customers. Order was perfect and delicious.
Store has had its fair share of bad apples with employees in the past but it's not the case here. The food is pretty good and the employees are very friendly here. I Would definitely recommend coming here for a quick bite if your not far from the base
I am trying a diet, and going to Subway after rush hour is the perfect time. I had been having an overwhelming day, until I was greeted by TJ and a manger with her beautiful daughter. They were extremely helpful and communicate with the customer with helpful gestures. I couldn't decide which salad to eat but when TJ had made several suggestions which I was unaware of I was able to have one of the best salads in my life. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. They deservfor working so hard and communicating while making eye contact and caring about the concerns of their customers. We are their first priority.
The atmosphere was quiet and clean the employees were friendly and the food was fresh but the speed at which I was served was a little slow other than that a great subway to eat at.
