Saturday night - 9:30p Kind, charismatic waitress served us unbelievably fall off the bone ribs and bbq seasoned grilled chicken breast with loaded mashed potatoes and steamed, garlic, seasoned broccoli, perfectly made grape LIT & Electric Lemonade! 5 STARS!!! Deserved!

Amazingly good food!! Tyler was the best waiter I've ever had! He didn't interrupt conversations, kept a smile on his face, and stayed on top of our refills! This is our new favorite lunch spot!

My daughter and I are here for the 1st time and we love this place!! Great atmosphere and our servicer was the sweetest. Food was delicious! Very clean, plenty of parking, handicap accessible. Mask not required. We cane at 3:30 on a Friday and it wasn't busy so we didn't wait long at all for our food. We will definitely be going back!!

Tonight was literally the worst experience I've had any restaurant I have ever been too. Being in the restaurant industry for about 6 years I've learned what great service should be like and this was anything but. The initial greeting and the waiter getting out drinks was great. Upon taking out order it took about 30 mins to receive our food. My salad came out with our order. The food was okay, but service was terrible. Our waiter was standing in what looked like to be a server station with a drink station and POS computer near the back. After receiving our checks our waiter return to that particular server station and started to chat with other employees. At this point there was cussing between the staff while we were sitting right next to them. It took about 5-6 minutes for our checks to be paid for while the server stood right next to us and was appearing not to be busy. Then what appeared to be a manager of some sort walked up to our table asking if everything was okay, in which it wasn't, but at this point we were ready to leave. Overall just a terrible experience.

Our early lunch visit started out nice, the hostess was helpful, and our waitress got our drink order quickly. The tiny lunch menu was hidden toward the back of the full menu. It would have been nice had the waitress pointed it out since it was lunch time. I was disappointed in the lack of items on the lunch menu, still I ordered the 2 item lunch for $7 with 1/2 a sandwich and another item.
The bread on my sandwich was so dry that I could barely swallow it without choking. I ended up removing the bread. We had an empty ketchup bottle so I asked for another and received a bottle with one squirt of ketchup. My son ordered the endless apps. I guess they weren't really endless because after his 3rd order (they are small servings) our waitress disappeared. We saw her 20 minutes later with the check. She didn't ask him if he needed anything else. She was apparently done with us. It just wasn't an enjoyable experience and the place wasn't even busy. There are lots of other restaurants that have a better menu with comparable prices and much better service. I won't be wasting my time or money here again.

Food wasn't that great and the server was awful it wasn't busy or anything my family and I walked in and we had 8 people and our server was pissed that she had us I have never been to a restaurant where the server wasn't happy about making money and then she was just rude as fuck my brother waited on his drink for 15 mins but if I was anyone I wouldn't eat here if you want good service

Not a good experience... my husband ordered fish and chips and the fish was underdone....reordered hamburger cooked medium and it was more on the rare side. Noticed another patron sending their burger back from the table behind us. Also got dripped on from the a/c vent....finally figured out where it was coming from when we were almost finished. Mine dragon fire chicken meal was very good.

I have never had a worse experience. My party was there 1 1/2 hours before receiving our food and over 2 1/2 hours before receiving our checks to pay. We stood in the lobby for 30 minutes begging on our checks so we could pay and leave. We were not given items when asking for them such as napkins, silverware, straws, etc. Not one time did a manager come to our table and apologize for the extensive wait. They did comp our checks %50 after we asked them to. It was not offered. In my opinion the entire meal should had been comped. There is 0 excuse for customers to be treated this way! Almost 3 hours at a restaurant. That's a joke.

The service was terrible. The waitress must have been new or just a bad waiter who could not handle at 13 top. She took our order for appetizers and never brought app plates until the apps were all delivered and none of us had any plates and then the food runners had to do her job. I had to ask for water three times in 40 minutes before I finally had something to drink. The food was alright but my broccoli and several others broccoli was brown on the crowns vs green, tasted bad. I doubt that I will go back to TGI Fridays.

My family and I had a great time. All the staff was friendly and helpful, our server Mike was terrific! The servers brought out sidewalk chalk and hula hoops for the kids, it was a lot of fun and the food was good too!

The food was great but it took 30 minutes to be seated with hardly anyone in the facility. 30 minutes for them to bring our drinks after we ordered, we had to move tables because they swept the food from under the table and left it sitting on the aisles so you had to step over a heap of food to slide into the booth. The waiter did not refill anything but said they were busy and got hit with customers early. Umm ok but we were your customers too.

We come here a lot but tonight was terrible waited a hour for our food had 2 different people tell us something different and when the food showed up you could tell if was reheated dry just nasty we will not be back .

Took for ever to get waited on.... my husband and I was finished with our drinks. Our waitress walked passed us several times before we had to ask for refills . Dinner took 45 mins before we could eat... never before did it take a hour and 15 mins before we actually got our meal....
