Service was quick and pleasant. Food was nice and hot. Lobby was a bit on the chilly side as this was the first night at freezing temperatures. I have to update the review for tonight's service. We ordered through the app and picked up through the drive through. We pulled away to check the order and had to go back through the drive thru. Our combo food was missing from the order. Got the drink but no food. When we pulled up and said the combo was missing the attendant rolled their eyes and hollered out another sandwich. We assumed it was for us but got home and it had all the condiments on it as requested. I dislike putting in negative reviews. It's not negative but a request for customer service. Because of missing items we usually check right there at the window. Not just this location but any fast food restaurant we drive thru. Also because of the attitude. A smile will go a long way. Regardless of how your day went or your shift. Please treat others how you want to be treated. It starts with the individual. And customer service goes both ways between the employer and the customer. 11/5/2023 3 stars this visit

Stopped in for a quick dinner while doing some last minute Christmas shopping. Overall pretty great fastfood experience. Fries were fresh and my burger was a little sloppy but good. Restrooms were fairly clean considering it was 7:30pm. Service was great! Everything was correct and came out in a timely manner. Lobby had a few dirty tables but was Overall pretty clean.

One of the best Jack in the Boxes in town. I'm happy that they are open late again and I hope they stay like this. Very grateful that they are open 24h on weekends. I had a 3:30am iced coffee craving and Jack's satisfied that. Also the staff at this location are awesome. My order was done really quick and was delicious. Thank you.

I like to go inside and eat. But I never know when they're going to have the lobby open I walked to Jack in The box and it's a big disappointment when I get to the doors and they're locked no lobby seating

This Jack in the box is amazing. I drive a tow truck currently they are closed on the inside so I cant take my truck In the drive thru. They were nice enough to make my food and bring it out to me!
