I’m loving the service at this Sonic lately!! It’s my local sonic and they’ve had some really rude people over the years. But lately it’s been great!! Congrats Sonic. Good job!!
Shout-out to Dustin.. He's knowledgable in his job/what goes on @ his restaurant, & knew exactly what how the other restaurant fixed my slush (their way isn't incorrect but I love the way my home Sonic makes them) & in mycase, they were bc I ordered a real fruit slush (he informed me how to order them to assure I receive what I want & I was ordering them correctly (not hard plus I've seen them a thousand times on the screen when ordering) he corrected a mistake of another location, in the spirit of good customer service.. He knew exactly how they made it, knew it wasn't his location & although I'm 5 blocks from my home Sonic, DD didn't get my slush from my home Sonic but AGAIN, SHOUT-OUT TO DUSTIN, in the spirit of great customer service for fixing it for me/behalf of the other location.. THUMBS UP TO U, DUSTIN... TY, AGAIN.. Not wanting anything free/no refunds/slush not half gone, just my real fruit slush, NOT any SYRUP/CHUNKS..

They did angreat job getting our order right and out promptly.
So the new touch screens do not work with the app. If you order on the app and pull into a stall, and put your number in, it will tell you someone else is already using that stall.
The best order taker/car hop I've ever had at a sonic! And I can't believe the improvement in their chili! I've ordered chili cheese coneys for decades. And thru the years the chili became more of a sauce or gravey. Today I bought chili cheese tots and the chili is a chili! With meat you can see and identify lol! And tastes great! Thank you sonic!

Ordered a cherry slush, very sweet but otherwise cherry flavored. Carhop was extremely nice and very sweet. Time was ok, not fast but not slow. I come here often so it was as usual. Still sipping on it after a while. Tastes like cherry...and there's a cherry topper on top which is always nice.
Was turned away from the sonic on reno and MacArthur ended up here. They were also busy but they delivered excellent food and service
Foot long was good but cold, had to heat it up at home
