The food was great but we had some issues with getting service.
I ate here with a friend during lunch. It was not busy at all but after being seated and getting water our server made at least 6 trips to other tables and back to the kitchen before coming to take our order about 15 minutes later.fortunately we weren’t pressed for time but if we had been it would have been more frustrating.
I ordered the lunch combo Big Mouth Crispy Chicken Sandwich, fried and strawberry lemonade and all three were excellent!
It took us a while again to get refills and our ticket and then it wasn’t split correctly so we had to wait for that.
Overall the food was hot, tasty and enjoyable but the service struggled today.
The server was very good. He kept our drinks full. Didn't waste any time getting the food out. Was always checking on us. Didn't make me wait for my to go order. The food was all pretty and made with care. You could see they wanted to set themselves apart from the average dinning experience.
I went and ate lunch with my family the other day and it was great! The burgers were all hot, fresh and delicious! Our waitress was very nice and kept checking on us to make sure everything was okay. Would definitely go back anytime!
Service was friendly and fast. Could not ask for better service. Mel was great.

You can’t go wrong w Chili’s. The chicken crispers are always my go to and never disappoint! The chicken sandwich is also my new fav!
The food was amazing and the service was great. Only complaint would be that the bathrooms were not well maintain, there was water all around the base of the toilet, wasn't even able to change my toddler in there. Besides that, the food was great. I had the new seafood pasta, consisting of crabmeat, shrimp, and pasta with Alfredo.

OMGAWDDDD the choco chip cookie ala mode was to die for! Margaritas were just right, the Hamburger was cooked well, our server was VERY attentive, and friendly, the restaurant was beyond BUSY that night too, but he kept working the floor, and made sure we got and had whatever we needed! I'm not gonna lie Chili's was never a go-to spot of mine, but I think will it start to become one.
Great time with my coworkers at Chili's Grill & Bar. The service was good and the food was great. Nice setting and clean restrooms. The waitresses were attentive and dedicated to make us have a pleasant experience there.
They always have a great 6-oz steak for a reasonable price. Although I don't care for the two-seater tables, I really enjoy the restaurant. I was dissatisfied by the fact that all of their meat is preseasoned, as I needed no sodium due to kidney disease.
