At first look this place seems sketchy because the parking lot was empty and it didnt look open. But when you get to the entrance the place is super cool and has a really nice atmosphere. It did take us a long time to get our main course but our appetizer came quickly. The food was really good. The cheese curds were amazing and a huge helping. The chicken fried steak and chicken fried chicken were pretty good, not the best I've had, but good. The fries and ranch are great and the burgers are really good. The calamari is probably some of the worst I've had but they could improve it my adding a cream sauce. The owner was our waitress and she was super nice and friendly and delivered great service. Definitely a fun place with great food options.
As we walked to the front door we questioned whether to enter or leave. The grass out front was in need of maintenance and the building seemed a bit creepy. "NEVER judge a book by it's cover"..... this place is amazing. Our bartender was great, the beer choices were varied and interesting. Happy hour prices incredible- we ordered two appetizers (1/2 off during happy hour) and they were not only delicious, but the presentation was very nice. Bartender showed us a couple of the escape rooms and they were intriguing and very well set up. Sorry we were not on torn long enough to try the escape out. He also showed us the event center which would be great for your next big gathering or fundraising event.
I am a tough critic and I highly recommend you try out The Ruins!!
We had a great time. Bobby offered great service. I had the surf and turf burger and my wife had the Ruins Italian burger. Both were cooked correctly and were delicious. Generous sized burgers and sides. The chef came out and greeted us as well as to check on how we liked the food. He recommended we try the 3am burger, so that will happen on our next visit.
THE best burger I’ve had. The Italian burger with Alfredo sauce on top was amazing. Really cool atmosphere being in a haunted attraction. The owners are extremely cool people. Little sketchy when you first pull up but you won’t be disappointed. Amazing place and amazing people. The cook just really goes over the top and I didn’t just get what I asked for but way better. This is extremely hard to find in OKC for any restaurant
I love the decor of this place and everything the location has to offer. The staff were very friendly, and I was pleased with their drink selection. Most notably I like that they have Prairie Bomb and DNR on tap, as well as other local selections, including a rotational. I'm only giving it 4 stars for now, because the food leaves something to be desired. The food that we ordered was just OK, and seemed to be lacking in flavor. Judging by what we ordered and other reviews, it looks like they have a lot of room for improvement there. It's still a new establishment, and I expect it will only get better. I look forward to returning in the future and seeing it grow!
Fun place for a Monday evening. It was completely 100% empty when we arrived and left. No one came in ever! Which means we got VIP treatment. All food is made to order and fresh. No frozen. Very nice, and some very punny beer selections. They hold a lot of Halloween/ scary events which I assume keeps them in business. Unfortunately, we don't live in the area but what a fun Monday night crew.
I fell in love with this place immediately! The food was amazing! My bartender was absolutely wonderful. I asked for her number and she blew me off, but I like my odds. I will definitely return, mostly for the food, but also because I think I could make that girl happy. The waitress was also very adequate, and friendly as all get out. I’m 86, so it’s rare that I like anything, but this was a down right good ol time.
I’ve been to The Ruins twice and each time, I’ve had a great experience. Super friendly staff and super cool place! My favorite appetizers are the cheese curds and fried pickles. Loved the friend shrimp and coconut shrimp too. I will definitely be going again and recommend this to my family, friends, and coworkers.

This place is awesome! I love the different cool things they offer like the Haunted house, to escape rooms, the beer garden outside, and the restaurant/bar. It is really cool how they have amazing Decour inside. I love the music videos that play different Eras & different styles of music. The food is amazing and the selection has a large variety. I had a text as mule & The cheese curds are amazing and so are the fried shrimp.the shrimp are huge. love the lobster ravioli too!!! You have to try this place!!!!
