Review Arby's - Oklahoma City

Mom, Dad and I stopped in for a quick bite after church and I was so impressed with the lovely woman who took our order, Ikea. She chatted with my parents and was very nice. Then she brought our order to our table! I haven't been to a fast food restaurant in quite a while but I doubt that's normal, so I'd be accurate in saying she went above and beyond! It was a wonderful experience! Thanks Ikea!!!

When I entered, I stood near a man who was already so bored from waiting that he was leaning against a wall playing on his phone. I didn't time how long I actually waited but it was a sadly ridiculous time. I like to give customer service the benefit of the doubt normally. But in this case, multiple people walked by and ignored us. They weren't assigned to register, obviously, so it wasn't their job. Finally, a woman came up and asked the man making sandwiches in front of us how he was doing and noticed us. She asked him if we had been helped and he said no. Therefore, all of those people not only ignored us, they couldn't be bothered to tell anyone there were customers waiting at the register. Now, this woman immediately jumped into gear, hopped on the register, and started taking orders. She was so nice. One of those that made me feel very welcome without even having a big conversation. She said sorry for the wait and conveyed the sense that she meant it, not just giving a perfunctory apology. This woman is the only reason I gave two stars on service because no one else I saw that day deserved any. I wish I had gotten her name. The way staff ignored me, I assumed they were busy and my food would take a bit. However, they had my meal ready before I even had my drink. That was fast. My curly fries were delicious and crispy and hot. But my roast beef was cold. It was like they had pulled it out of the fridge a little bit ago. As I ate, I was surprised how many employees were there and not doing anything, which frustrated me more for the wait.

I had a craving for their Market Fresh chicken salad sandwich. When I ordered, the told me they were out of them. Drat!! Then one of the workers said they might have one left and they did! So appreciative for them going the extra mile!!!

The Plain arbys roast beef sandwich is my favorite!!! Has been since I was young!😀🙂😊 I love the mozzarella sticks! So tasty! Also the PEACH LEMONADE IS SO perfect like Mind bowing. I would so buy a gallon JUG 😀🥰😍😃 🍑🍑🍑🍑🍑🍑🍑🍑🍑🍑🍑🍑🍑 I am Addicted to that peach Lemonade The woman who helped me was super sweet! Thank you

Didn't realize they were just about to close and felt bad about ordering so much but they were nice and it was some of the best fast food I've had in years.

Delicious food served hot. Great service and atmosphere!

We are from out of town but stopped by here from a youth baseball game. The staff was very engaging and asked if we won or lost. One employee described the menu's best sellers and which items were personal favorites. Dining and bathroom were all clean. Food was served nicely and timely. We will come back again.

Pretty clean, probably the best arbys to go to in MWC.

This Arby’s sets the bar for the rest. All the employees were kind and respectful and the store was very clean.

Oh my gosh we enjoyed this so much I got the chicken bacon Swiss with curly fries their Coke is absolutely amazing and my husband love the new burger which I can't even think of the name of it I think it starts with a W but he loved it it didn't hurt his stomach no complaints great job I asked for no let us know tomato on my chicken bacon Swiss and I loved it so much I don't like honey mustard or whatever sauce they put on there but I did really like it on this chicken bacon Swiss I've always enjoyed it

Always great tasting, fresh meats. Try the BBQ Brisket sandwich, it's flavorful. Great, fast service.
