Location is very connected to beggers who will often approach you. It's not a big deal, but it might make some individuals uncomfortable. It is also very complicated to enter and exit the premises due to the nature of roads on either side of the property.
The business itself meets all other expectations.
Service was a little slow. No fountain machine in the lobby. If you want a refill, you have to wait forever for someone to help you.
When you get someone to help they kind of have an attitude like they don't like it if you ask for a refill.
It seems to me that some McDonalds are sacrificing customers service to save on food cost.
The French Fries were not fresh like they are supposed to. The inside looked nice, other than few tables that needed to be cleaned.
They have a few self ordering kiosks and there was a guy cleaning the parking lot when I got there. The same guy was the guy that helped me with my refill. I have noticed that he did not wash his hands when he first got inside the restaurant.
As I have mentioned in many of my reviews, it is hard to get help nowadays which will drive customer service down.

Very nice great customer service and was very quick about getting our food also fresh food at that!
This place is really clean and super modern. They now have self ordering kiosks so you don’t have to wait in line. Online ordering and Uber Eats. The future is here guys. Tell Katie Johnny says hi. Lol. She is a very nice manager girl. They have a really good team compared to most other fast food restaurants.
Rewards on the app really come in handy sometimes.
