Mcdonald's

Sadly have to rate low. I go to this place all the time and it's usually good service but the last few times including 2day were a fiasco, and I never like 2 complain. I had ordered table svc but kept waiting n waiting and finally 12 min later I go 2 counter and ask 4 my order n they tell me it was in a bag for 10 min, and then I asked nicely to make me fresh food but they expected me 2 eat it cold when the messd it up. Then I asked 4 my drink which I showed them I paid 4 but they told me it wasn't on the order even tho I showed them. I got fresh food I think, but it was the sane cold food. Awful situation and maybe Corporate hdqtrs could help on this as I was blown off and called a liar, and am a major McDs customer. Well nit at this one. Wasn't even offered a refund, and I dont like being called a stupid old white guy.....

Food was decent for not being given any salsa, jelly or ketchup (4 hash browns {only ordered 3}, 2 sausage & egg burritos, 2 bacon, egg & cheese McGriddles {had ordered 3}, 1 sausage, egg & cheese McGriddle, 2 small orange juices & 2 medium Dr. Peppers), but their English speaking service seemed aloof (putting it nicely); while their Spanish speaking service visited with their Hispanic friends in the Play Place dining area. We said we were dining-in when we ordered, so they gave us a number to set on our table & said they'd bring our food out to our table when ready. Then, 35 minutes later, they're hollering a take-out number (that no one has) for our order; they completely confused everyone that was waiting for their orders. Once we figured out that the mystery take-out order was actually our dine-in order my husband said, "We ordered to dine-in & y'all gave us a table number for dine-in..." But before he could finish speaking the service worker said, "Well, I don't know. Just have a nice day," & she turned around & walked back to the kitchen. We were trying to eat cheap before taking our kids to the Science Center, but I think we'll just spend a bit more & eat at the Science Center when we go from now on.

It's a great place. Everyone gets upset with the long lines and the wait time, well they are obviously good place with good food and not enough hand's to keep up with how many of those upset people come back for more. Lol if the lines empty its trash! If the lines long, either it's good or you're broke lol

Well since I was in the drive-thru I shouldn't be able to count that as atmosphere as I don't have a choice or it counts against McDonald's at no fault I'm gonna give it to them. I was in and out super quick. The cashier was super sweet but looked super worked. The lady handling my food was slightly too fast. She had my bag hanging out the window b4 I even pulled up. It is great at fast food. My once a year trip to McDonald's was classic.

Great interior but poor customer service. I’ve stopped here several times after visiting the science museum and have always had good food. The dining room has been modernized and is very clean and inviting. Good play place too! However my interactions with the employees has been terrible! Rude, uninterested and generally dazed out. It’s not everyone of course but I’ve had some characters. Mobile order and all is well!
