Sunnyside Diner

A couple of Sundays ago (yes I’m slow) I had a wonderful breakfast! William was our waiter and he was wonderful! He was quick and fun to chat with! My nephew talked with him about football, while I got to chat with his girlfriend! It was a lovely time! William and my nephew were bro’s by the time the food had been consumed! Ask for William next time you are there he is a pleasure!

Pretty good food! Extremely fresh!! The serving size is BIG. You get a lot of food for your price. I've passed this place many times but never stopped. Just decided to go here for a quick breakfast with my daughter. Great selection of different things. The staff is what would bring me back! Very laid back atmosphere & the servers are truly what makes the place! We were served by Skylar (who was newer at working there) he did an amazing job. Extremely friendly, personable & engaged with everyone! They were willing to help make your experience better & that goes a long way in my book!

Today was the first time that I visited Sunnyside Diner, and I can tell you right now that I will be back! Greg was our server, and he was friendly, attentive, and jovial. Our glasses were always filled, and we didn’t have to wait long before our food arrived. The Strawberry Nutella Specialty French Toast was TO DIE FOR! When Greg described the dish as “sensual“, he was right! I’m talking orgasm on a plate! Each bite honestly took me back to Paris, France, where I love eat strawberry, chantilly, & Nutella crêpes at the foot of the Eiffel Tower. This may be my favorite brunch restaurant in Oklahoma City, if not the entire state of Oklahoma. My only question is WHY DID I NOT COME HERE SOONER!? You’re missing out if you don’t brunch at this restaurant.

I’ve been going to Okc to visit family for at least 20 years and I can’t believe I’ve never been to this Diner until now. Their breakfast was so yummy and the service was great. They also have brunch and drinks. Their menu consist of many meal varieties. We are definitely going back when we visit family.

Great little spot to stop in for breakfast. The wait staff were all friendly although under staffed. The food was also very good I went with just your basic 2 eggs over easy/bacon & toast. While the wife chose the BLT with egg. I will definitely be visiting much more often as the are also opening a new location at Hefner & May any day now.

One of my new favorite breakfast spots ive been twice and both times it was amazing i cant remember my servers name last time it was a young lady she was great and last time it was Michele the food is homemade and cooked to perfection, my chicken fried steak was perfect! Highly recommend! Mimosas are good too!
