Love this one!!!. I have been to alot of chelino's rest. but this is the one i love the best!!!! great food and people. our waitest is GLADIES she is the best ever!!!! ask for and you will see.
This place is a meat eater’s paradise. It took me a long time to browse the menu for something for myself. All of the sauces was either a cheese or a meat sauce. The enchiladas was a ground beef chili sauce, the chimichangas were a cheese or sour cream sauce. I ended up getting the taco salad no meat or cheese.
I absolutely love this spot. Food was amazing and super super fast for lunch great service couldn't of been better. 5 Star all the way around
$8.99 enchiladas were decent. Nothing to write home about from here. Food is average but there's a full bar, so drinks must be good. Huge plus was the chips that came to the table has queso and salsa both. Al around decent place

Hi ya'll! This location has been around a while. They have worked on making this small location more pleasurable. I remember coming years ago, in the middle of summer and they had no air except ceiling fans, it really felt like the hot parts of Mexico (problem has been corrected)! Please watch that first step up for any elders in your party!
After all these years, they still carry the enchilada special for under $11. Don't forget it still includes complimentary queso, salsa and chips!
I was able to acquire Mexican relish (cause I love the onions. It's always a table fight between the spouse and my mother in law for the onions, lol) and soft mixed tortillas by asking!
The menu is full of variety and they have a small bar for margaritas.
Great authentic Mexican Food! My wife and I couldn't have been treated nicer! Felt like we were visiting family! The portions were huge! Great Spot! Chelinos is Numero Uno!!!
Friendly professional staff very clean .... didn't see if they enjoyed working or smiling because could not see faces because of masks....I made me feel like they were slaves with mask on....but on the good side food was prepared very well to our liking food was hot and good portions surfers were friendly and made sure we had enough to drink or any anything else we needed was provided. I would recommend.
I had the El Gordo, it’s as much food as it sounds like and it’s all delicious. The Thunder margarita was the perfect jumping off point to the evening. The habanero hot sauce was so hot I had to ease up for once. That’s how it should be. We had Asada fries and tamales too, I would go back for just the fries and margaritas alone they were awesome. A mariachi band started playing and that’s just as authentic as it gets. (Except for taking a beating with a chancla)
Our waitress was very nice and so was the staff. Good food!
Had dinner and drinks and sat out on their patio. Food was amazing and the service was great. Love this place.
I've eat at this location because it's the first one I ever ate at when they opened in 98 and I have continued. Great food and great service!!
