Marco's Pizza

Pizza is always well made and a good value. The specially pizas here are good and the meatball pizza is a family favorite. Ask for a garlic butter with your pizza. It's not as strong or salty as other places and is a nice dip for your crust. This is worth the extra couple of bucks vs the "hot and ready" place in town, which is never hot or ready.

Jordan is the manager at the Moore Marcos on Eastern. He was the absolute best gentleman on earth on a bogo Tuesday. I messed up in my order in the app and wound up with a single pizza and no BOGO. The hungry crowd was dissatisfied with my performance as should be. Ashley was the driver who arrived at the door with one pizza. No bogo. No bogo? We all stared at each other. I failed. I called Jordan to confess my weakness. He immediately showed compassion! He started making things right and good immediately, and even better! He was simply good people! He understood that I order Marcos frequently and don’t always fumble on the one yard line! Ashley arrived … again. With a smile and more pizza! The restless and hungry crowd cried out with joy! I rewarded Jordan and Ashley with a 5 Star review and a nice tip! Thanks for the awesome pizzas! Hospitality. Priceless and rare. Well done.

We love the pizza, however, I am somewhat concerned with the delivery. They have made it easy because they save your last order and you can re-order your last delivery 😉 but when you don't receive the full order, and you call and they promise to send it out to you and I trust that they will, no problem. But guess what , you never receive the portion that is missing inspite having paid for it and having tipped the delivery person it really makes me sad 😔. But the pizza is great.

We ordered Marcos to cater our wedding and they did a wonderful job!! It was wonderful being able to trust them to cater our guests, and it was delicious per usual! We always order Marcos when we want pizza for dinner, and it never disappoints. The flavor is wonderful, the service is amazing, and overall is just a great experience whether you deliver, go in person, or have them cater :)

Below, you can see my old review. After a less than desirable experience I wrote the bad reviews. Within a day I had an email from the managing partner who offered to make it right. I can really appreciate an owner/managing partner taking time to email me. Customer service is alive and well at Marco’s in Moore. Old Review: Just wasted 30 minutes of my life waiting for an order they never made. The cashier said, it’s coming up right now; only to hear the kitchen staff say they needed my order started ASAP. Cancelled and left.

I’m 35, and I’ve seen Marco’s locations for a very long time, but always passed them up thinking they were just another small hole-in-the-wall joint, but this IS NOT THE CASE. Marco’s and the Moore location has instantly become my absolute favorite quick pizza fix. The service, price, tase, and appearances can’t be beat. (THE CRUST IS TO DIE FOR!)
