Service is slow and waitstaff needs training. Menu looks great but is poorly executed. A little training and refinement could go a long way with this place. Would not recommend.

Very slow and poor service too . Waitress failed to ask us if we wanted drinks. Waitress failed to ask us which side items we wanted with our entrees.<br/>Waited 25 minutes for food. The steak arrived first. Then the side items, then the salad. The manager apologized and took $5 off our bill. There are so many great places to eat downtown, don't waste your time or money here !

Horrible service. I sat and watched the two waiters talk while I was done eating and waiting for a check for ten minutes. Filet minion was ok. Underseasoned. Boyfriend had burger and fries (which was cold). Their service and food does not match the prices.

SLOWEST GRILL IN TOWN. Yesterday (02/04/2012) I went to 10 North to treat my fiancé to a nice lunch during our Forever for Real conference. When we arrived, we were properly greeted and seated. Our drink orders were taken, and soon arrived. Next, I food orders were taken, and that was it. We sat there for the next 45 minutes waiting on our food. No waitress, No Waiter, No one to see if we were even alive. The one waitress that passes by our table looked at us as if she was frighten of us. After fifty minutes had passed, we went to a Food Truck name Wild Al's and had a great lunch for the last five minutes we had remaining. If you want to eat at 10 North, be prepared to sit LONG, LONG while.

Not awful.... My lunch of a philly cheesesteak and fries were tasty. Waitstaff was a little cool, and they were extremely slow.

Best Steak I've ever had!!. My sister and I went to this restaurant last night with $75 worth of gift certificates not really knowing what to expect. IWe had the Ahi Tuna, Filet, and Lobster Bisque, and I would have to say that it was the best food I have ever tasted in my life. I have worked at fine dining restaurants int he city and nothing has ever tasted as good as this. Props to Kevin Ward, the chef! There are great things in store for you I bet!! Great job guys!

Abominable. This has got to be on eof the worst places I have ever been. My filet was supposed to be cooked medium, it looked like a piece of over done stew and tasted like pot roast. My wife's chicken was undercooked. I was sick most of the night after eating there. I will not return for any consideration.

This restaurant is in a hotel lobby separated only by a 4' wall. There is a buffet line visible at all times. The atmosphere in no way warrants a $30 plate of sea bass. It may very well be excellent food. I wouldn't know because I didn't stay.

I thought it was great. Not sure why it got so many bad reviews?? this hotel in general was a very pleasant stay. The food in the restaurant was fabulous-I had the burger and potato chips dipped in blue cheese. It was a genius concoction I'd never had. <br/>Their coffee shop (also a gift store) was better than any starbucks I'd been too. It was a very creative hotel experience that I enjoyed and I would definitely stay here again if I ever need to come back to Oklahoma. - bricktown was nice too.

Order off the menu. I have been here several times with negative results. That was eating off the buffet. The last two times I ordered off the menu. Yesterday, I ordered macaroni n cheese w/ crab. It was decent. The time before I ordered Ahi tuna (very rare) and it was pretty good.<br/><br/>The buffet yesterday was a baked potato buffet. Baked potatoes and fixins'. That is a bit weak, but one girl that used it sure liked it, so who am I to say "weak"?<br/><br/>Three people ordered burgers and were very pleased as well as a fish n chips order.

Awful... I am speechless. I ate their for lunch on a business luncheon. We were recommended here by another coworker at Devon. Upon arrival, this nice older lady sat us. She was very nice, but didn't know when to quit talking. Our server was a middle aged white lady. I think her name was Tammy??? She looked awful, and she actually was very rude. I guess with a group of 8 people, she knew she was getting tipped regardless. The food was the absolute worst food I have ever had. The amount of money you guys spend on marketing your place, you should reinvest it in your culinary staff. Your food was terrible!!! Cold, over seasoned, your plates are too big for the food. Complete let down! Never again.

WORST Dining Experience of my life. I decided to eat here for Valentine's day 2010. It was a 5 course meal. The restaurant was empty, the food was awful, this light in the back kept flickering, the table was dirty, silverware was not clean, the server didn't know the menu, we got dessert without silverware, my coke was flat, the food was cold, and the worst part was this overweight guy in a suit came over to ask us how our meal was, and he reaked of cigarette smoke....... The meal could not have been any worse. It actually was the worst meal of my life

Great sea bass & deserts. Everything else is terrible. Probably bad management. Took 45 minutes to get my steak which was overcooked. There were a whole host of other problems. the place was empty at dinner time. Now I know why.
