I've ordered here a few times in the past, the food was pretty good. Always fresh. Especially the fries and chicken nuggets. The service has always been good and quick. Never really waited too long. The restrooms are always really clean. Which is a bonus. Because if the restroom is nasty, what's stopping the kitchen from being nasty? Not saying it was. I'm stating the facilities where up to par.

This McDonald’s what the doctor ordered. The food was hot, tasty, and served fast. My only complaint is mainly about the lack of diversity at this location. Maybe, have someone that spoke stronger English would be nice. Other than that

Ordered 13 Chocolate chip cookies was expecting to wait for fresh batch maybe 10mins.. Did Drive thru sent me to stall 1 to wait.. Being a extremely hot summer day made seating for cookies 30mins in car then having to go walk inside and wait another 10mins almost like they totally forgot rest of order.. Finished my meal in car after 15mins..Didn't even offer a cup of water after waiting that long mostly in the heat Temp outside being triple digits would have been a nice gesture..

Typical McDonalds..Long lines but move people thru fast... Nice and clean. The food was hot and fresh. Their drive thru is set up ridiculous.

Update: I reached out to the manager and shared my concern. He accommodated me in a timely manner and I greatly appreciate it! Order was received incorrectly. Asked for no cheese on the Fish-fil-a. On my work lunch break. No time to return it 🫤

It was all teenagers working and they were all so sweet. So patient and nice when waiting for me to find my code because im broke. I accidentally pulled far from the window and the worker had to literally hang out of the window to get my card. When I apologized, he smiled and said, “it’s okay, it’s a weird curve sometimes.” They immediately had my food and everyone inside was smiling and happy. The nuggests were perfect and I got everything I asked for. I just know the management is good because teenagers aren’t that happy and hard working at their job unless they respect the manager. I know it’s not a big deal and this should be expected but the McDonald’s in Midwest city where I’m from are horrible when it comes to costumer service and food. The guy at the first window looked Hispanic or middle eastern. He had a hint of an accent and his face was narrow. He looked young. I should’ve asked his name for this review but i didn’t. He needs a raise or at least a free meal for the positive energy he had🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍
