Review Wagyu Japanese Bbq - Oklahoma City

Love this place, reasonable price, nice environment! It’s perfect for family dinner! Appetizers are very authentic, I love the Kimchi tofu a lot! But definitely gotta try the BBQ, meat are pretty much marinated with good flavors, and you can enjoy the process of cooking it yourself! I like their old fashioned too^^ overall it was a great experience!

Satisfied with our dinner in this place. It was really good, portion is enough for 4 of us and very affordable. They serve a lot of sides as well. Highly recommended. Place is clean and good ambiance. Staffs are nice and friendly. Wish we have it in TX closer to home.

First time going to a Asian bbq place and would say 11/10, tad expensive but worth it. My server was amazing

We loved the food. It was fresh and tasty. So fun to cook on the grill. Well worth the price for all the food you get!

1st review: For me it’s expensive. However it’s worth it to make my wife happy! It’s fun cooking your own food and it tasted great! Been to 10-12 times since the first review. Update: 4/11/2022: It's been getting better and better! This time instead of all you can eat we had the $75 meal for 2(more like for 3-4!). Everything there was awesome!(for my taste I don't care for zucchini but that's just me!) We have a new favorite and hope they will keep the same seasoning on the chicken wings! OMG! Do they come in dozens!?! And if you get the meals you can actually take stuff home with you😁. We have three more meals for the coming days. We love you guys and forget to do the loyalty thing almost every time.

Food was so incredibly fresh and flavorful and lovely to look at. The atmosphere was pleasurable with big vaulted ceilings and interesting decorations. I enjoyed the scheme of the restrooms. The owner Lee came by and greeted us and chatted with us for a moment. The only unpleasant part was the size of the table we sat at. There was 3 adults and a toddler and not an inch of the table wasn't covered with food plates. They quickly took our empty dishes though. Our server, Dominique made sure we got our All you Can eat orders in and even brought my kiddo some dessert he suggested just to make her happy. ❤ I loved my experience and will be back very soon.

Xiao was awesome. The food was so good. Problem I had is that, my hands couldn't use chopsticks. I would rate a 9.8 out of 10. Xiao is funny as hell. So I will request next time visiting.

I’ve been trying to find a great Japanese BBQ place for a while. So glad I was able to find this place. Food was rich and indulgent, amazing flavors. This place would be great for date night or a night out with the kids. Highly recommend this place for your next dinner out. Parking was super easy and free, staff was welcoming and kind. I can’t wait to keep returning.

Wife and I recently went for the August late night special. Service was friendly, atmosphere was cool. Our appetizer was immaculate and the grilling experience is a lot of fun! I recommend the place highly and to as many people as I can. The final was a special that one of the chefs had prepared, told it was a limited time item. Deep fried steak with sides galore. Lots of menu options with a knowledgeable staff make for a new experience every time we've been.

Recently came in for a date night and we ordered the Christmas special combo for 2. We tried the Japanese A5 wagyu for the first time, OMG they melt in your mouth! Price was very reasonable and service was great by all the staff. We will be back!

What a cool place. My friends and I just ate here for the first time tonight. The food is fantastic, try the Toro beef - it's amazing. The service was great, and it has a cool atmosphere. Definitely will be coming back.

I come here every week with my boyfriend. Literally the highlight of my week. Absolutely hands down the best food on this earth. Love Austin and Elam. Service is the best.

Our waitress was lovely & the food was absolutely delicious. I'm from out of state & wanted to eat here for a while and was completely worth it. 100% will be back.

Omg. Yes please! All you can eat Japanese BBQ. Seated promptly. Waiter wad friendly and on top of every need we had. Food. Fresh, delicious, seasoned properly. Marinates were on point. Mushrooms brought out in little foil packets with butter and seasoning. Finish up on group of food, and thecwaiter magically appears, asking what else would you like. And boom. More food. A foodie heaven!! Beer special for happy hour. Giant mug of japanese beer for $5! Will happily return.

Overall this is a cool place. My wife and I enjoyed our date night at Wagyu. We ordered the washoku meal and it was more than the 2 of us could eat. It is the smallest and less expensive meal plan. She had water and i tried the iced green tea. Our bill with tip was around $75.00. So not too expensive but not cheap either. They have ala carte selections too. So the review: Pros - cool place, friendly courteous and attentive staff, lots of food, fun to cook your own food, the chicken karage and dipping sauce are fantastic, the selection of meat was great and we liked most of them, when the grill grate starts getting residue built up they will bring you a new one, the s'mores we're a lot of fun. Cons: tables are cramped due to the design of the grill. I couldn't put my feet straight in front of me so i had to stretch my legs from time to time, the green tea didn't have any flavor, some of the meat wasn't seasoned so we could've really used some salt and pepper (they probably have it but we didn't think to ask). Overall the experience was great. My wife smiled a lot (which is always good). Be prepared to be here a while though. Our experience took around 1 1/2 - 2 hours. That's not a bad thing but just be prepared. We will definitely be back

It was good but I like to cook. My wife does not cook, so when we go out, she does not want to be the cook for herself.
