The location at 6100 W Memorial Rd, is always top notch. Been frequenting this location for many years now due to its excellent service, quality and value. I can't recommend it enough.

"Cant get enough of the Urb", The Memorial location is a favorite. We pretty much enjoy every menu item. The specials add a nice change of pace. Delicious food that imo is more healthy than the usual average casual American. Service with rare exception meets our expectations. Pricing is very reasonabe with generous portions... stomach growling
One of our favorite restaurants. Mostly because it's so close to our house. The GM, Bill is very nice and the staff is always friendly. The food is delicious!!!

Our first experience with the restaurant and it was spectacular. All of the employees were nice, informative, and helpful. My two year old waves at everyone passing by whether it's their first or twentieth time walking by, and all of the employees smiled and waved back. Our food was so fast, so hot, and so amazingly good. And for a family of four, we spent about $55 (including tip) which is NOT a bad deal when you get such food quality and service.
Wonderful service, Monday pizza specials, Tuesday $6.99 burgers. Everyday happy hour from 3:30-6:30 !!
We had a great time there. We started off with the quesadilla, which was very good! Best appetizer! My wife got the macaroni (and she got the 1/2 serving, which is more than enough for one person) with is oh so delectable, as were the sweet potato fries she got as well. I couldn't decide, so I got two entrees. I got the Honey Chicken Sandwich, and wow. What a great tasting sandwich!! I got fried okra alongside it. Some of the best fried okra I've had in a while. Lastly, I ordered one of their small pizzas because they looked very appealing, but I was sorely disappointed. That is why this review only gets four stars, and not five. The pizza was very greasy and I'm sure it had a great sauce and flavor, but I couldn't tell because of the overpowering grease :/

We love eating at the Urb. Good variety and great food. I especially love their pork enchiladas. I was taken aback today with the hosts hair though, which had what looks like wet hair coloring product, wet and matted. I think the person hosting should look professional, be well kept, clean and non ridiculous looking. This person is the first impression of the restaurant for heaven's sake. No more orange makeup, wet unkempt hair and costumes!
Wife and I went their for their Wednesday Seafood Special night. I had the Fish and Chips, she had the smoked salmon tacos. EXCELLENT!!! And the $1.99 Coors Happy Hour wasn't bad either! They also provided us with their (free) homemade taco chips that were absolutely crunchy along with their homemade salsa. Very tasty!
The portions were large and we left with to-go boxes!! Will definitely be back again!
Went on a Friday evening before it became too busy. Had the Old-Fashioned Hamburger w/fries. First time to try the hamburger and it was delicious. My waitress was very very good. Made sure drink was full and food was perfect. Believe her name was Julie S. Will be back. What should I eat next time is the only problem!
