I have ate at G on the H numerous times with my co-workers. It is a cool little old restaurant in Capital Hill. My buddies usually get cat fish or a Memphis burger. They always rave about the Memphis burger being juicy and the gravy being good. I get the Bacon cheeseburger for lunch. The patty has good flavor and the bacon is crispy. If you are really hungry. You can add the atomic tots to the order. They are great and come as a huge mound of Tator tots with Jalapenos, Cheese, and Chili. I haven't had the chance to go in for breakfast yet. But I can wait to try it!If you are looking for a family owned burger, with a friendly staff. This is the place on the South side of OKC.
The place was great. Large variety and great diner feel. Daily specials ranging from burgers to homemade meatloaf. Friendly service. Will definitely go again.
Very good food with nostalgic atmosphere. Rough neighborhood. You get lots of food. My fried catfish had a bit too thick of batter for my taste. Everyone at the table liked the food.
I ordered the pulled pork tacos. My sides were green beans and mash potatoes with brown gravy. Not bad at all. Nice and hot because everything was freshly cooked. I normally only eat here on Thursdays because their grilled catfish is to die for!!!
Had breakfast here with my husband and the service was excellent! We got our food fast and drinks were refilled often. I had the chorizo omelet with fried potatoes and a pancake. It was good, but the chorizo looked/tasted a little different than what I'm used too. Over all good food and a great price I am looking forward to going back for lunch.
This is my favorite breakfast place. The biscuits and gravy are amazing. The fritters are amazing as well! The ladies that work here are always so sweet and make the dining experience very pleasurable!

Service and friendliness is a big thing for me and they are awesome there. Has a super cool vintage atmosphere--my parents grew up In that area so I love seeing pictures of the old buildings and such. Very clean--I would eat there EVERY DAY if I worked or lived closer to it. Anyone who has yet to try it and check it out--do so!
The Grill is amazing. Can't miss on just about anything. Breakfast Burritos are the best I have ever had. I eat there at least once a week if not more.
This is the best place in Okc to eat, The food is made from scrath, the help treat you like family and the owners Rock! If u have not been here you should stop by and try it I promise you will come back!

Tried their invention… the Hill! No regret! Prices are very reasonable. Love their music playlist. Super friendly servers but I had to take one star down as they kept forgetting on something… our fruit, juice, water. Uhm… sorry.
We found this place through Sweet deals of the week. We have eaten the same thing twice. Next time we will definitely have to try something different.

With an old diner vibe, this spot is spacious with two dining spaces. We heard much about the breakfast but only made it in during lunch hour. Nevertheless, our Catfish sandwich, Club sandwich and Rancher burger were all on point. They each come with fries, which were crunchy and satisfying. The friendliness of the staff made our brief dining experience a joy.
One day I'll order something besides the catfish sandwich....
The catfish sandwich is what you want it to be. Nice piece of fried catfish dressed with fresh veggies and mayo and topped with a hush puppy.
I ordered beans as my side. These beans are something I could at as a meal with a cornbread. So good.
The decor of photos, hub caps and airplane memorabilia are a nod to the part of town it's located.
Great restaurant.. really liked the place. Had the chicken fried steak called the rancher.. it was good.. not just all breading like most places. Was tender and not full of grisly pieces.. also had the Nashville chicken it was not to hot. But still had some spice with it. Both were great.. service was good and they are friendly there. The prices where not bad either.. will definitely be going back there

I have been wanting to try grill on the hill for many years and have never had the opportunity until yesterday. This place is awesome! The nostalgic atmosphere is really great. The entire restaurant is covered in OKC memories. Now onto the food which was also amazing! We were both happy with our meals and will definitely return if we are in the area.
Had a great breakfast and a great waitress. Andrea was a dream. Food was really good, I had the 2 eggs platter and my friends had the garden breakfast wraps. After asking what a BONUT was, we decided to get some for the road. I took a bit and they are delighted. If I was staying in the area, I would highly recommend this restaurant.
I had the taco salad and it was surprisingly great. The meat had alot of flavor, which was unexpected.The waitress was really friendly and polite and really made it a fun experience. We're definitely going back...I have to try the chicken fried steak 🤤 it looks so good
Amazing food and incredible service. Our waitress (Marty/Mardie) was the sweetest person ever. We had the chicken strip basket and Cuban sandwich. Absolutely delectable! Wish we lived closer so we could come back more often.
