I've eaten at Zio's a couple times before and it's been a few years since. While in OKC, I decided to have Italian meals so I dropped in this Zio's. From outside, the building looks old and outdated and in need of updating. Once you go inside, the outside does not do it justice. The inside is pretty marvelous and chill. Our hostess took us to the very far back of the restaurant. Which I thought was weird. Once we were seated, our waitress took care of us and got the orders and bring the food happily. Throughout the course of the dining experience, she came over ALOT and asks recurring questions while I had food in my mouth. I don't mind a good attentive waitress but checking on customers while food in mouth or talking, a good thumbs up from a distance would suffice over than walking the distance to us. Not a complaint at all, just advice. Our waitress was excellent. I even left a nice tip. Anyways the food was great, the bread is nice and pepperoni bread appetizer is simply delicious. I didn't have any wine this time as I saved my bladder for a beer later. Don't let the outside fool you, just come on inside and enjoy a meal. The building appearance alone decided for me to give a 4 star rating.

This is my favorite Italian in OKC! I love the service and the atmosphere. The food is excellent, not much if a wait, and good quality. Definitely a must try!

We were visiting OKC and found this restaurant. We love pasta and this place did not disappoint us. The pastas were tasty and delicious and the service was excellent. The place looked clean and spacious.
We ordered the Chicken Alfredo Pasta and the Baked Ziti Pasta.
They brought us a delicious bread as an appetizer. It was soft and garlicky. I loved it.
We also got some Ceasar Salads.
The Chicken Alfredo was very good. The chicken was tender and the sauce was creamy. I asked for a lot of parmesan cheese since it didn't have a lot of flavor. The Baked Ziti Pasta was very tasty and chunky.
The dishes had a good amount of pasta, enough to fill you up.
The waiter was very friendly, attentive and helpful.

The restaurant was short-staffed so there was a longer than average wait. We planned to dine-in but we went to the take-out counter instead. Our order was correct, tasty and well presented. I ordered manicotti with a side salad and apple pie. The portions were large. They also threw in a bread and dipping oil.

Went for Wednesday evening dinner. They did let us know they were short staffed but they did surprisingly well with limited staff! My pasta was so good I had the grilled chicken amalfi. So much flavor and I like how saucy it was. Overall great experience.

A good choice. Open dining room space, but nice, clean feel. Server was outstanding. Bre was very professional - not annoying or hovering, but efficient and right there exactly when and how needed. Food was handmade and excellent flavor, with big portions. 👍

I had a wonderful meal and great evening at Zio's. I dined by myself and was made to feel very welcome. The bartender/waitress was so friendly and gave me a first rate service with delightful conversation. The meal was fantastic! Best lasagna I've had in years! I will return again next time I'm in the OKC area.

Visited this Italian restaurant in Ok City. Enjoyed White Sangari and a chicken dish over Angel hair pasta with the lemon cream sauce on the side. Large portions,big enough to share or enjoy for later meal. I did not enjoy the dipping oil for the bread but that's individual taste preferences.

It was amazing. Tamara was our waitress and she was the best. She took care of us and even helped me find something I would like to eat. We were celebrating our birthdays and she brought us and amazing dessert with two candles and then she song us happy birthday she has an amazing voice. If you go there I recommend getting Tamara you will not be disappointed.

Ordered the chicken primavera without pasta for a low-carb option.
These veggies were on-point. Great texture, great variety: generous portions of zucchini, olives, red peppers, broccoli and a few baby carrots. A sprinkling of red pepper flakes gave this a delightful zip. Our server Cecilia offered to sprinkle parmesan on top, and it was one of the best most vibrant meals I have enjoyed in a long time. This is for sure going on my favorites list. Unsweetened iced tea was great.
Cecilia was amazing, handled our big party and a few special requests with a beautifully gracious attitude that made the rare outing a delight. Thanks for this great veggie-full option Zios!

Food and setting was nice. I ordered the special, lasagna, but it wasn't hot more like luke warm. It still was good but it could've been better. My wife had the chicken cannelloni and we both had salads with bread dipped in aolio sauce. For dessert we ordered to go tiramisu and bread pudding.

Not sure it’s a recommendation. Our fettuccine Alfredo was good as well as the spinach artichoke dip. However a simple dish such as spaghetti with meatballs was Very bland, dry, and the meatballs tasted like SpaghettiOs meatballs. The cheese sticks in which my daughter loves typically for an appetizer were not good therefore they were not all eaten. I’m not sure how you can mess up spaghetti and cheese sticks at those two items at our visit yesterday I would never ever recommend. I give the spaghetti and the cheese sticks rating of one.

I would give Zios a 0 if I could. Bad sewer smell. Itailian dressing was horrible. Lasagna small not very tasty. Bathroom run down. No extra bread until after the meal and we was about the only customers. Hate to see the service when it's crowded.

When we got there it was about 9 pm. There weren't an overabundance of people there, but we were told it would be a 20 or so minute wait. So we sat at the bar and ordered food and got it before we would've even been seated! The waitress at the bar was amazing, and the food was so good! We will definitely visit again!

Poor poor service tonight from Zio’s tonight. Waitress spent 20 minutes chit chatting with the head Chef of the night. I typically enjoy this place. And usually the service is outstanding, even during the busiest of nights. Tonight was a slow night, and the service was even slower.

The manicotti pasta was tough and didn't have much ricotta. The waitress was short with us and got our drink and food orders mixed up. When we come back to OKC we will dine somewhere else.

Travis was our server. What an AMAZING job he did. We never had to ask for a thing and the food was AWESOME!!! We were there yesterday around 2:30. We had the place to ourselves. If you see this Travis Thank You for taking such Great care of us.

We came in around 5:30 Saturday evening. The wait was about 20 minutes not to bad. The host apologized for the wait and thanked us for be patient. Our server was great and ver attentive. Not once did we ask for a refill on anything! His name was Carlos. Food was hot but a little bland and I had to ask for more spaghetti sauce. Other than that we had a great experience.
