P.f. Chang's

My husband and I decided to have an impromptu dinner date and saw P.F. Changs which we both have never been to. Michael was our server and made us feel special from the moment he greeted the table. He told us about all the signature dishes and said that he was going to treat us to the chicken lettuce wraps that everyone goes crazy for since it was our first time. Im so glad we got to try cuz omg amazing. Then my husband and i split the wagyu steak and miso salmon. More amazing dishes. At this point we were stuffed but Michael said he was gonna bring out a dessert on him. We said that he didnt have to. Mind you we are pleasantly stuffed at this point. So we were like ok we will just try a bite. So he laid on our table this chocholate soufflé with vanilla bean ice cream and a rasberry drizzle (not sure if my description is right) and we both tried a bite and fouldnt believe the sorcery that was happening. We ate all of it...we never eat dessert lol. He was honestly one of the best servers ive ever had. We will be back. Thank you Michael!!

I went there with my son for dinner. I had the crab fried rice which was a special for the season and it was quite tasty. My son had a tofu dish that well it was okay he said it wasn't the way it usually should be served. My son's worked in lots of Oriental restaurants so he should know. Everything was good and the service was fine. Even though PF changs is a chain restaurant I always liked their food.

Not the old P.F. Changs. I miss the old recipe of salt and pepper prawns and the original lettuce wraps. I had the dynamite shrimp today, and the sauce on it was the same sauce they gave you for the fried green beans. Sweet and sour chicken was soggy today. On a better note, everything else was good, which was Mongolian beef, lettuce wraps, California roll, and fried green beans.

Caleb was my server tonight and he was awesome! He was very attentive and our drink glasses were never empty. Our food came out perfectly! We come here for birthdays and the food is consistently delicious and fresh. I am also gluten free and their gluten free options are wonderful and I feel very safe eating here with my allergy. We will continue coming here!
