A great location because of the staffs. The manager is awesome. She’s very attentive and always has a positive attitude, which helps me start off my day with a smile and laughter. The rest of the staffs are also very friendly. Service is fast and my order is always on point, just how I like it. I moved away from EL a while back but always stop by this location whenever I’m back in town to get some work done during the day. Never disappointed. 😊

Love the location and great people. Have a problem with the fresh brewed coffee temperature. No good reason to have tepid coffee at a Biggby. The carafes are not good at keeping the temp high and I miss the press pots. Biggby used to check temperature and dump it when below threshold. Not just this Biggby--seems to be a bigger issue since the switch to carafes.

It's a bigbys! Coffee is reliable, mixed cafe drinks can run a tad sweet if your expecting another competitors style of beverage, it never hurts to go half sweet. Otherwise, reliable quick coffee.

I love, love, LOVE their Mocha Mochas. Frozen (like a Slurpee) in the summer & hot in the winter. Their muffins, fruit, scones, bagels and other sweet treats are all wonderful. Their sandwiches on bagels are very good. Service is fast, well-trained, and friendly. I adore Biggbys.
