Way better burritos than Qdoba or chipotle. The fresh tortillas honestly do make a big difference. I had a simple burrito. Chicken, rice/beans , salsa , queso cheese and sour cream. The chicken was fresh off the grill and the rice was cooked nicely. A lot of times with burrito bars like this the rice is underdone but not here. Nothing fancy just a solid burrito. The atmosphere could use a little sprucing up but my lady taking my order was very kind and made my burrito very fast. They mixed my ingredients before wrapping up my burrito, something I haven't seen done at similar restaurants. I can see why some people might not like that but personally I enjoyed it because I got a good bite every time.
To door dash user because they don’t add the extras to door dash your meal will be lacking the amount of food you’d probably prefer despite the extra meat ,this is the stores biggest downfall other than that when I pick up in store my burritos and bowls they are always full without asking wish it was the same via door dash buts it’s just one of those Experiences. I’ve also order 3 burritos and had 2/3 half filled so beware
I've been here three time in the last 3-4 months. The same gentleman is always on the line during the lunch rush. He is friendly, fast and really exudes leadership with the often times young or new employees. I love that you build a burrito but they actually mix all the ingredients up before they wrap it. It is so nice getting a bite of everything rather then a lump of one item like similar chains produce. Good food, great service!

I can’t say enough good about Pancheros food quality and customer service. I placed an orders for 55 burritos for our football team (with special instructions) and they not only made them perfectly (and big enough to fill up our big boys), they were right on time and really professional and kind. It’s not easy to fill a big order on time, tasty and hot. I highly recommend trying Pancheros when you are in the mood for good Mexican AND the price was great (their per burrito price is several dollars less than others in the area). Also, the assistant manager, Lawrence was very professional and made sure I was happy with the service. Thank you!
Food and staff were excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful with menu choices. Even gave a sticker to our child.
The food here is MUCH better than the Eastwood Towne Center location

Wow on the portions in the burritos. Lets just say my husband took 2 days to eat his 2 burritos because awhile back even with the extra meat, they were rather small. Very nice staff too.
