One of the best Taco Bell's I've ever been to. There was no wait at all (crazy for 1130pm) and my food was done fast, hot and on order. The server was kind and cheerful!

I ordered ahead via mobile and my order was ready within minutes of walking in. This was the first time ordering mobile that I didn't have to check in and wait a crazy long time for my order. I was actually shocked. When you order mobile via the app and identify you want it now and are on the way you shouldn't be placed in a pending queue until you get there to start the order. It should be ready to go when you get there. Thank you Okemos for understanding the assignment!!!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Employees cant seem to get to work on time.. so don't try going within an hour of thr posted open times. Otherwise you'll be waiting in the drive through just to find out that they slept in

I ordered 3 cinnamon twists and got zero. Went back they gave me four but put them all in a small bag. They landed all over my dashboard, and he didn't even offer to replace them, when he clearly should have used a bigger bag. Got home, they were all old, and tasted stale as though they hav been fried in a very old stale oil. Some things are common sense and some people or companies just cut corners. Don't recommend this taco bell but I would not say that they are all bad.
