Papa Johns Pizza

Ordered delivery at 7, an hour later the driver pulls in the driveway and sits out there for a few mins, then backs out and drives off. Never gets out of the car. I checked the status of the order online and it says delivered. I call the store only to be told that there best driver is not answering the phone, that they could remake the order that it would be an additional 45 minutes before it would be delivered.

Ordered 2 pizzas at 5, was told 70 mins. Pizza arrived 80 mins later only to discover that the one pizza was not what we ordered. Unfortunately can't have the typical red sauce so a couple of the people couldn't eat. Called to ask about the order and was placed on hold for nobody to pick up, called back someone picked up the phone and hung it up, called several more times to be placed on hold. Finally talked to someone and they said they would remake it and send it right out. After an hour called back, was told the guy who was suppose to make it had to leave and they would make it and send it out. At 830, still waiting on pizza!!! Will not order from there again!!!!

Both times, I drive all the way from our tiny town to get an over priced pizza that while Stuart got it right, I moved out here, this was the only location. Asked for well done, got dough, asked for different sauce, got red, drove 20 min, tried to eat it. Now I know to listen to my Dr, no RED sauce. I doubt anythings will be Don, plus 20 min on driving for me. I chose Paoa John's because normally, they are correct. First mess up, happens, last night's, with this weather.........

After trying to place my order three different times taking 45 minutes of my life that I can never get back it failed to place the order once but managed to charge my card three different times. Tried the first time through PayPal error with transaction, tried it again by putting the card directly into the site error with transaction it says and then a third time so frustrated I just went ahead and ordered from Applebee's took me less than 4 minutes so I guess I'll be eating good in the neighborhood🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

We usually get from our Okeechobee location all the time, never had an issue. Tonight when I called a gentleman answered and, I placed my order for a delivery of one pizza at 5. I called back at 6 , a lady answers. I asked if she had an update on my pizza , she told me that it would on its way to give them 30 mins that they were short staffed. Understandable, people aren’t working like they use to. I then call back a little after 7 because guess what? NO PIZZA still. The lady then says “We were waiting on more orders for that area since were short staffed.” I told her I’ve been waiting 2 hours now for one pizza. She then told me that she could cancel my order if I didn’t want the pizza. If they would’ve told me from the start they couldn’t deliver I would’ve understood. They handled the whole situation terribly.
